The front desk staff who sold us our tickets were not very friendly, and although we saw a couple of staff members inside, they didn't engage with guests at all. When you asked questions they acted like we were bothering them. I had read online that this was a good place for toddlers, but we didn't even stay for an hour. The toddler Duplo area was small and many of the pieces were missing, which made it hard for kids to really play. The ride was also a bit scary for our 3-year-old. We didn't experience the movie or Bank game (both geared towards an older age). There was a small indoor play area, but it also seemed better suited for slightly older kids. My son stayed on that for 5 minutes since we couldn't guide him through (children only). Overall, I think this attraction would be much more enjoyable for kids around ages 5-7. Stars were knocked off due to the staff.

PROs: Booking was easy, there were plenty of things to keep 20+ toddlers entertained for an hour, there are multiple bathrooms, there is a fridge in the party room (for water, ice cream, etc). The staff will clean up after the party. CONs: The party room was not clean or ready for us to enter when we arrived 20 minutes prior to the start of the party. (We had 8 minutes for 5 adults to set up and we were not done when guests began to arrive). If you want extra time, I advise you to book the time when you confirm the guest details. Our coach had another engagement to get to so we didn't have the option of staying longer and had to rush our guests out. (Yikes!). We had about 50 people at our party and some of the adults stayed outside of the party room when it came time to eat because there simply wasn't enough room for everyone. I suggest limiting parties to 40 people. All in all--it was a good time.

Normally my husband takes our daughter to her class, but he had a dentist appointment today so I attended instead. After this experience, I honestly would have pulled my daughter out of this gym immediately. The substitute/manager I spoke with initially provided me with inaccurate information regarding my daughter moving up to the preschool class. Later, when I spoke with the front desk employee, she told me the teacher had been giving parents the wrong information all day and proceeded to reprimand the teacher in front of everyone when she returned. It was very unprofessional to witness staff correcting each other publicly. Afterward, the teacher attempted to backtrack by saying my daughter needed a lot of help. This had never been mentioned during the earlier conversation about the preschool class, especially considering there were only two children in the class at the time. This was also the first and only time this teacher had ever worked with my daughter. Her regular coach, Shay, was on vacation. Honestly, Coach Shay seems to be the only person holding this place together. The staff turnover is extremely high, which is very concerning. Considering the cost of tuition adds up to well over $1,000 per year, there should at least be some type of progress notes or communication system in place so parents receive clear and consistent information about their child's development. When I called back to speak with a manager, the same rude front desk employee transferred me to the same teacher she had just reprimanded -- presenting her as the manager. This only added to the confusion and lack of professionalism. Lastly, the facility itself is very outdated and unclean. There is a noticeable odor when you walk in, and the floors and equipment appear dusty and dirty. The cleanliness of a gym where children are constantly on the floor should be a top priority, but that clearly is not the case here. Because of this experience, they will not be receiving any more tuition from us.

One of the biggest issues was at entry. The host of the party was not clearly informed that she would be required to pay for all party guests at once. She had assumed each guest could pay individually, so this came as a surprise at check-in. The manager on duty explained that while it wasn't a contract requirement, it was their preferred and "most efficient" way of handling party admissions and that they were asking all parties to do it that way that day. This created confusion and inconvenience, especially for parents who were not prepared for it. Food service was another letdown. Outside food wasn't allowed, which is understandable, but the available food options were very limited and not good quality. The pizza was especially disappointing, the crust tasted stale and had an unpleasant, almost frostbitten texture. I also ordered walking nachos, and they were made immediately but then left sitting while we waited for chicken tenders. By the time everything was ready, the chips were soggy and the toppings were cold. When I asked if they could remake them fresh, the staff began talking and laughing among themselves, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The park itself was not overly crowded, but there were several rules that didn't seem to make much sense and took away from the kids' enjoyment. The party host also mentioned she was not told the party area would include sand. This was frustrating, as it meant constantly rinsing sand off before going back into the pool area. I also noticed sand at the bottom of the pool, which wasn't very appealing. Overall, the park felt outdated and overpriced for what it offers. Between the confusing policies, underwhelming food, and lack of clear communication, I wouldn't make the drive to return. I used yelp to find another Waterpark close by and this is how we ended up here. When called before we arrived to this location to make sure that they were not filled to capacity and they were not. We didn't know the rules and regulations or what to expect. When we arrived at the counter our group consisted of 3 kids and two adults. To enter it was less than $60. Admission was a breeze. The adults entered the restrooms to change into swimwear. The children were already prepared. We were actually able to locate 5 chairs in a nicely shaded area. Now let me tell you, this is not the place for you if you are looking to go swimming. This place has a lazy river so this is a highlight for a lazy river lover like me. We had two 7 year old and a 10 year old. They could either use a tube for the lazy river or go to the center to play in the water . This place was small enough and kid friendly enough to allow the children to play while the adults were in the lazy river with the kids or just relaxing on the side in the sun. Our party of 5 truly had a blast. The only downfall of our experience was that we didn't know that you were either allowed to bring your food and drink or you could have something delivered. There is nothing on site available to purchase. Not even water. Next time we will be better prepared. It definitely didn't take any enjoyment away from our visit.

We didn't realize that ATJ and TT were connected but waited patiently at the front desk. After several minutes, we walked back to where the dance studio kiddos were practicing and didn't see an employee in sight. We decided to call the number and when a woman answered, we let her know that we had been waiting out front to pay our $10 to have the kids use the equipment in TT for one hour. She apologized that they were preparing props for a performance (which I get) but charged us the full $10 for the hour anyways. 1.5 stars gone. The space itself: Was just, meh... at best. The woman walked us back and turned the lights on and the air to one of the jumping pieces and that was it. No explanation on what there was to do, etc. and she knew we had never been. The girls figured out how to use most of the pieces but there were a few things we were unsure of and ended up avoiding in case they misused them and got hurt in the process. Another star gone for this part of our experience. I thought that maybe we would get an extension by 20 minutes (since that's how long we waited) but no, she came in at 11:00 on the nose and began shutting the power off, etc. Star docked. Bottom line: The open play at TT seems to be more of an after-thought. Their primary business is the dance studio and after our experience here I will gladly drive to Kingstowne to play at My Gym (which is where we've booked our little one's next party). It is *definitely* not worth the $10 entrance fee.
