Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We got there right before the dinner rush on Friday evening and we were seated right away. They have a quite a few different options on the menu and different plates to pick from. We ended up getting one kids chicken pho with rice noodles, one chicken pho, one seafood pho, and a grilled fish dish that came with a small salad and rice. The pho's came out quickly and the fish plate came out a few minutes later. My chicken pho was just decent. The broth could've been better and it definitely lacked flavor. There were about 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl for $9.95. The seafood pho had two pieces of shrimp, two pieces of calamari, and two pieces of shrimp cake. This was $10.95. Really wish it would have had more shrimp.... The fish plate had a small serving of white rice and a small salad. The fish though, was decently sized and it tasted good. There was no soy sauce or forks at the table so we had to hunt down the waitress. She did come around for refills though and she did check up on us a few times. We spent $45 for two regular sized phos, one grilled fish plate, one lemonade, and one kids chicken pho. I wasn't too impressed with the pho as I've definitely had better tasting broth. They were also kind of skimpy with the meats. I've been to other places where they give you a lot more meat and the phos even cheaper. Maybe will be back if in the area. read more

I have been coming here for about 10 years. The food and service is okay and consistent. But the problem is I didn't expect a bowl of Pho that come with noodles, thin slices of beef and bean sprouts would cost 18$ also 6$ for a glass of lemonade. But that's not what made me write this review but the fact that they charged 1$ for a Togo box for an appetizer order is unacceptable. This is the cost that the businesses should be paying for, not passed it on to your customer. I'm willing to wait for fresh. Everything was well packaged, they charge .75 Cents for each take out item. At home, started with the Pho. Good, but rather bland. A good one to try for the first timers. Spring rolls light, fresh and delicious, with one of the tastiest peanut dipping sauces I've had. It's good. I haven't found my favorite Vietnamese restaurant yet in the valley but this place is good. I love the pho (number 1) with everything! Add a bit of chili oil and lime to the soup and you are golden. I was disappointed with the spring roll and the thai tea. The tea was over iced so make sure you ask for light ice. And the spring roll just wasn't that food. The peanut sauce was meh. Their pork chop plate is good (number 42) and I like that it comes with soup on the side automatically. Service was pretty good when we got there. They do have long tables that could be shared between parties so if you don'tike that maybe don't come when they are busy. read more

If I need a good pho fix, I definitely come here for it. This place is located inside Mekong Plaza. It's a family owned restaurant. They have decent service and they have a lot of seating here. I got the Pho Dac Biet ($10.75) with decent prices. If you want to walk around and get boba and shop at the supermarket you can just walk around the plaza. They offer a lot of choices and Vietnamese drinks like any usual Vietnamese restaurant. I would recommend this place! read more

I suggested this spot for dinner and we met at 5:30. The place wasn't too busy yet. We ordered our waters and pho bowls at the same time (#6, chicken) and they came out pretty quickly. The bowls are large and come with bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and lime. Hot sauce, utensils, and napkins are on the table. Menu is more extensive than I remembered, but we stuck to a classic. The pho was good, perfect for this chill weather. Service was prompt and courteous and we were informed towards the end of our meal that another diner took care of our bill. So kind! Hope he tipped because it completely slipped my mind to leave cash on the table. Would definitely return, and not just because our meal was comped. This place has some of the best vegan/vegetarian pho. It comes with tofu that has a beautiful texture along with some of your favorite vegetables. If you are ordering this, be sure that is is in the vegetarian section, or else you will be getting the bone broth or chicken broth. The customer service was great. Always had fresh water with a lemon. Food came out in a timely manner. The place and utensils were very clean. The sauces were stocked up and tasted fresh. Unphogettable is a solid place for bun, and has great cha gio, but the pho is consistently a little lacking. I think for a comparable price or less you can get more flavorful, fragrant, delicious pho (with a larger portion of meat) nearby. But everything else I've had there is tasty! I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the area :) I also appreciate that they include the tip on the bill, food service workers deserve it, I only wish it were 20% not 15%! read more

However, prices are on the higher in my opinion and they don't do the typical kind of grilled meats as I was expecting. It is more of thinly sliced pieces tyat are then grilled. I tell you what me and my wife love Vietnamese food. Not too greasy, fairly healthy with an Asian flair. To be honest I have never been to unPhogettable. This is one of my son's favorite places. We walk in and it's not fancy at all. No hostess stand or anything. Just stand in the front and one of the waitresses or waiters will seat you. There is no wow factor to the ambiance but just "Let's Eat" mentality. We started off with the Spring Roll which had Shrimp & Pork, the Summer Roll which has Pork Sausage, and the Autumn Roll which has Egg & Shrimp. Our group was pretty big so I was only able to try the Summer roll and Autumn roll. My favorite was the Summer roll. This was so fresh. The rice paper was fresh. Loved the grilled pork sausage. I don't know what it was but something in the middle was crunchy. This was so good. So different. Really liked it a lot compared to the normal spring rolls we get at other Vietnamese restaurants. The Autumn roll with egg and shrimp was good. Very fresh ingredients. So the spring rolls are very good. I ordered the Combo Plate with pork and chicken. Both the pork and chicken is very thin. Marinated in a sweet sauce. Very well cooked. Very tasty. Very fresh. Really liked it. Not dry at all but juicy. It hits the right spot. They give you white rice, egg roll, and vinegar based lettuce and carrots. Really good meal. Really enjoyed it. My wife went away from her norm and got Rice noodle soup with special beef stew. She really liked it. The stew had a little kick to it and I was surprised she liked it cause she usually doesn't like anything with a kick to it. The beef stew meat was very tender and very good. The service is ok. They take your order, fill your water cups, and take away dishes once your done. There is no small talk. No personality to the servers. Just do their job and let get going. Even my mom said it seems like they just want to serve you and get you out as soon as possible. It's what it is and I have noticed this in other Asian run businesses. Not a big deal to me but for others be aware. So I would say really great food. Very fresh. Very creative. Very good with adequate service and not much ambiance. Just very good food at decent prices.
