Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We got there right before the dinner rush on Friday evening and we were seated right away. They have a quite a few different options on the menu and different plates to pick from. We ended up getting one kids chicken pho with rice noodles, one chicken pho, one seafood pho, and a grilled fish dish that came with a small salad and rice. The pho's came out quickly and the fish plate came out a few minutes later. My chicken pho was just decent. The broth could've been better and it definitely lacked flavor. There were about 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl for $9.95. The seafood pho had two pieces of shrimp, two pieces of calamari, and two pieces of shrimp cake. This was $10.95. Really wish it would have had more shrimp.... The fish plate had a small serving of white rice and a small salad. The fish though, was decently sized and it tasted good. There was no soy sauce or forks at the table so we had to hunt down the waitress. She did come around for refills though and she did check up on us a few times. We spent $45 for two regular sized phos, one grilled fish plate, one lemonade, and one kids chicken pho. I wasn't too impressed with the pho as I've definitely had better tasting broth. I really loved the Pho my dad loved it even more! From the street it kinda looks closed but its not, they just have really dark tinted windows. The service was good, they were really nice with my clumsy self, i dropped my spoon and before i even asked for one the lady was on her way with one. Will be going again soon. read more

I have been coming here for about 10 years. The food and service is okay and consistent. But the problem is I didn't expect a bowl of Pho that come with noodles, thin slices of beef and bean sprouts would cost 18$ also 6$ for a glass of lemonade. But that's not what made me write this review but the fact that they charged 1$ for a Togo box for an appetizer order is unacceptable. This is the cost that the businesses should be paying for, not passed it on to your customer. I understand that the cost of everything is increasing right now but this is way overpriced for what you serve. Sorry, As much as I like to support small businesses but this is just too greedy! After shopping for some fresh and interesting produce at the Market, we stopped in here to get some Vietnamese to go. Clean, pleasant room. Since it was freezing cold in the market, wanted a cup of hot tea while waiting. Friendly waitress took our order and brought a nice pot. Took about 20 minutes to prepare our food, and that's okay. I'm willing to wait for fresh. Everything was well packaged, they charge .75 Cents for each take out item. At home, started with the Pho. Good, but rather bland. A good one to try for the first timers. Spring rolls light, fresh and delicious, with one of the tastiest peanut dipping sauces I've had. The marinated beef with vermicelli and salad was good, but nothing standing out. Overall, nice place for good, western mild, as my wife prefers, Vietnamese food. Pleasant service, reasonable prices. We have been here many times through the years. The staff is always welcoming and they have excellent team work. It is always very clean with no dirty tables. Food has always been very fresh. Food is ok although the new prices a bit high for a large special Pho which is at $17/bowl. The soft fried veggies tofu broad rice noodles' taste ok just like its price of $16! The owner new policy by adding 15% service fee that equals to $4.95 to the final bill is ok with us except the service fee/tip was included with the food expenses before tax is incorrect to the owner's advantage. One of the better place for Vietnamese cuisine. The spring rolls are made fresh with each order and the sauce is nutty to the taste. Try the Pho, taste as it was like in Vietnam. Authentic Vietnamese dishes. This restaurant is next to the main entrance of a Asian strip mall. Parking is free but expect large crowds exotically on a weekend. It's good. I haven't found my favorite Vietnamese restaurant yet in the valley but this place is good. I love the pho (number 1) with everything! Add a bit of chili oil and lime to the soup and you are golden. I was disappointed with the spring roll and the thai tea. The tea was over iced so make sure you ask for light ice. And the spring roll just wasn't that food. The peanut sauce was meh. Their pork chop plate is good (number 42) and I like that it comes with soup on the side automatically. Service was pretty good when we got there. They do have long tables that could be shared between parties so if you don'tike that maybe don't come when they are busy. read more

If I need a good pho fix, I definitely come here for it. This place is located inside Mekong Plaza. It's a family owned restaurant. They have decent service and they have a lot of seating here. I got the Pho Dac Biet ($10.75) with decent prices. If you want to walk around and get boba and shop at the supermarket you can just walk around the plaza. They offer a lot of choices and Vietnamese drinks like any usual Vietnamese restaurant. I would recommend this place! read more

I suggested this spot for dinner and we met at 5:30. The place wasn't too busy yet. We ordered our waters and pho bowls at the same time (#6, chicken) and they came out pretty quickly. The bowls are large and come with bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and lime. Hot sauce, utensils, and napkins are on the table. Menu is more extensive than I remembered, but we stuck to a classic. The pho was good, perfect for this chill weather. Service was prompt and courteous and we were informed towards the end of our meal that another diner took care of our bill. So kind! Hope he tipped because it completely slipped my mind to leave cash on the table. Would definitely return, and not just because our meal was comped. Had the opportunity to try the food here because our usual pho restaurant has been closed for a few months now. The food was very good however a bit pricey. Spent $100+ for a family of 4 which includes 4 pho soups (2 for kids), Vietnamese sandwich and 2 appetizers. Also, my tofu veggie while the broth was very flavorful I only revived 2 small triangles of tofu, I couldn't believe that's all you get. Almost as if there is a tofu shortage. read more

This place has some of the best vegan/vegetarian pho. It comes with tofu that has a beautiful texture along with some of your favorite vegetables. If you are ordering this, be sure that is is in the vegetarian section, or else you will be getting the bone broth or chicken broth. The customer service was great. Always had fresh water with a lemon. Food came out in a timely manner. The place and utensils were very clean. The sauces were stocked up and tasted fresh. Atmosphere nice, service was excellent and food was excellent. We arrived at 11:30 and by 12:00 it was packed. We ordered the Soft Spring Rolls with Shrimp and Pork and the #6, Pho with Lean Steak, well-done Flank Steak and Tripe. My friend had #10 Pho with Lean Steak and well-done Flank Steak. I discovered this Pho restaurant today while on my way to Mekong mkt. I couldn't believe their price for a bowl of Pho was $17! What happened to $8-$10? Oh, they also immediately tact on a 15% gratuity... Results - Pho was ok, but not worth with tax just about $20 for a bowl of noodle soup w/ couple pieces of meat! Unphogettable is a solid place for bun, and has great cha gio, but the pho is consistently a little lacking. I think for a comparable price or less you can get more flavorful, fragrant, delicious pho (with a larger portion of meat) nearby. But everything else I've had there is tasty! I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the area :) I also appreciate that they include the tip on the bill, food service workers deserve it, I only wish it were 20% not 15%! read more

Back in town! I wanted to give this place a try due to it's high reviews and I'm cravings me some pho! Table for 1 please. Came around 7pm Saturday. Not too busy didn't wait to be seated. Ordered combination pho, grilled pork rice plate, 4 pieces egg roll and 3 colored beans desert. I just ate the soup and the others are for tomorrow. I had to spend $50 for dinner. Don't judge me lol. Hands down one of my favorite place for Vietnamese food~ Owned by a lovely family, the service here is very friendly and very personal. Through the owner's lovely wife, I learned how to drink Vietnamese coffee properly! You may think that's a ridiculous thing to say but it was very motherly, sweet, and completely unnecessarily. It's the fact that she took the time out to come over and teach me all the finer details of Vietnamese coffee that made the lesson and experience memorable. Not even my Vietnamese friends had taken the time out to teach me! Now the food here is truly unforgettable. I love the bun by far! It's crisp, fresh, and always leaves me full but not uncomfortably so. I love their egg rolls and their spring rolls and the rice dishes are always savory and flavorful. I must admit though there is probably only *one* other place I'd rather go to get pho over this place [because they're cheaper, just as delicious, and portions are just as big], I give this place one more star than the other because they're just sooo sweet and nice here! The service really makes that one-star difference. The prices here are a bit higher than other Vietnamese restaurants but the quality and freshness of the ingredients makes up for it. Disappointed? Yes...I have no intention in offending anyone and I apologize in advance for my bluntness. Broth was clear and not oily...tendons was a bit rough (hard). It was a little difficult to bite a piece off so I had to put one whole piece in my mouth. The sliced beef was somewhat thick...not thin enough but good thing it was fresh The rice noodle was good...I tried a a piece of the pork and it was well marinated and not burnt up. Didn't eat the egg roll but it didn't looked tasty. I'm always down for a place that has a good 'pho' pun in their name. Towards the end of a vacation, I tend to crave Vietnamese food (I'm Vietnamese and from Dallas!) but things usually get pretty tricky because I'm always comparing them to restaurants back at home. Everyone should have a staple for their pho and if I lived in Phoenix, unPhogettable would probably be my go-to place for pho despite some setbacks. The broth is pretty standard and has a decent flavor to it. The vegetables are very fresh and great quality. Unfortunately the meats are kind of "eh". The meatballs were mediocre, the tendons were alright, but a couple of the meats in my friend's "pho dac biet" were really tough and hard to eat. unPhogettable does it's job of satisfying a pho craving though. What I don't like about this place is that there seems to be only one size of pho. Most places have small and large. I feel as if they are wasting a lot of food by giving everyone the same sized bowl. The prices are higher compared to other pho places as well. $9.75 for a bowl of pho dac biet?
