I brought in my Honda Ridgeline for an issue with my AC. Jason worked with me at the front-desk and went above and beyond to understand my issue and the troubleshooting I had already done. He thought we needed a simple brake flush. This miscommunication lead to a 1-hour appointment with a $200+ bill for a service I already did to the car and the original problem wasn't solved. After some problem-solving and listening to the recorded phone call, we found where the miscommunication was. There's nothing better than a shop who listens to their customers, understands exactly what they need, and executes.
