    I highly recommend this company. I have been doing business for 15 years. I have decorated 5 vehicles with no isues.

    This fucken duchebag knows nothing about good customer service... Deserves no stars,I'm surprised this place even gets business.

    No good costumer service, would never recommend this place to anybody... Went in for hid headlights and ended up Waiting 3 HOURS! That wasn't the first time I waited that long... Both times I've went in I had to wait a little over an hour to get my products, reason why was because he had to go to a " warehouse" to go pick up the products... This guy never has anything in stock... never, but I repeat never come to this place, unless you really like spending over an hour waiting on simple parts, and shitty service as well.... Doesn't even deserve one star.

    Mr. Javier~Runs his business like a pro. He will find you the best prices. The worked performed on my truck with Mirrors and side steps. Outstanding job. I will definitely recommend his services.

    Great service! I bought what I need online and they installed it! The price feels like family! They get straight to what you feel and need to make your driving experience that much more adventurous and safe. I've been with this shop for over ten years! I also buy parts @ the junk and they install. Very reasonable and logical!!

    they had to custom build rails for the bucket seats because I wanted to take it to a show the next day came out great love it.

On the first…read moreoccasion, I had a very negative experience where the employees that I was working with were giving me different prices than I was previously quoted when discussing pricing over Facebook Marketplace prior to coming into the store. I felt deceived, misled, and was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store. Upon leaving a negative review, the general manager of this location, Talab M. personally reached out to me to try to change my negative impression of this location. Over an online discussion, we were able to verbally come to terms and an agreement which would bring back my business to this store as I had already begun shopping around to other businesses. I could tell by how he spoke to me and by his actions that customer service and customer experience was a major priority of his which is one of the biggest factors to me giving this location a second chance. When we finally met in person, he was straight to the point and we were able to quickly get started on the installation of a new Apple CarPlay stereo system and a back-up camera. While the car was getting serviced, we had a face-to-face conversation where I was able to explain where the disconnect between expectation and experience was and why I felt feelings of deception, disappointment, and frustration. Overall, the installation took about 2 hours. 45 minutes of which were waiting for the engineer to complete his previous task and an hour and 15 minutes of which included the careful and detailed installation of my stereo. Hermis, the engineer, took time to assess my car and pointed out parts that were already damaged to me and the owner Talab was kind enough to recommend places to order replacement parts for and even offered to invite me back to have his employees help me install the replacement parts for free. Hermis also took his time setting up the wiring which was very intricate and also neatly threaded through my car's frame and through narrow places like the trunk's hinges to give a clean and neat appearance. He also went out of his way to directly wire the stereo to the fuse box rather than normally through the rear headlights which allowed for more flexible functionality which was an "above-and-beyond" detail that was not needed but was noticed and appreciated. I had also communicated to Talab that I had just gotten a new license plate frame for a special occasion and would prefer a back-up camera which wouldn't obscure part of the frame. He explained to me that based on my car's anatomy, I was only able to utilize one specific back-up camera which would partially obscure the frame, but he also made the effort to communicate my request to the engineer who ultimately installed the the camera in the least obstructive way possible which was very much appreciated. Ultimately, I was extremely pleased with the service I had received not regarding the installation of my car but also the customer service presented by the staff. They made it clear my negative experience was an anomaly and that their standard is to ensure customers are pleased when they leave. This is a location I would be happy to return to for other work on my car and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

You can't beat that kind of confidence. John also helped me out with a Kicker Hideaway 12" for my pickup, and once again, the deal he gave me included installation and a lifetime guarantee on the work. The sound upgrade is exactly what I was looking for and it's not taken up space in my pickup. Both Moe and John were professional, helpful, and straightforward. Great prices, clean work, and solid warranties, this shop really stands behind what they do. I stopped in a few days ago to see if they had the speakers that I wanted for the front and rear of my Ford Explorer and they did. I bought the equipment and got there at 9 AM today to have them installed. Within an hour, I got a call saying that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I got there, the vehicle was parked in the front and John proceeded to have me test the system before leaving and showed me the old equipment in the back seat. I attribute the short installation time to the fact that I was replacing aftermarket speakers in my Explorer with new ones so they only had to remove/replace what was already installed. No cutting or splicing of wires was necessary. I was also told that two people were working on my car which sped up the installation. The only thing that I wouldn't do is force someone to leave feedback before leaving. As I was getting ready to leave the showroom, I was asked for my phone and before I knew it, a Google review page was open with five stars already selected and a photo was attached. When I checked my camera roll later, I realized that John had taken the picture himself! I don't mind leaving feedback for a business and have done it countless times but I would rather do the work myself rather than it be forced. P.S. There was only one small issue that was noticed when John was trying to get out of the passenger side of the car. He noticed that the inside door handle wasn't working and he had to open it from the outside. This was quickly fixed by one of the techs who popped the door panel and connected the necessary part.

Initially I requested to be quoted on yelp, no response for a good amount of hours which isn't a big deal since I just decided to call and was able to get my quote quickly over the phone. We were able to set up an appointment and he actually set it at 8:15am because I asked for it to be done soon because of work and he had another client after when he's usually at least I've seen open at 9am which I can appreciate. When I came to the appointment there was a positive and a negative, the positive is he helped me decide on the right tint 5% on back 45 % on front 2 and 70% windshield CXP but there was a spontaneous 60$ increase to my price from 700 to 760$ due to him running out of the tint i was initially going for and switching to CXP which at first I was skeptical but I think the result was worth it and it comes with a *limited* life time warranty. Overall 2 hiccups, it's not a big operation & the guy who helped was very polite and explained things very openly which I can also appreciate, I'm happy with my experience and result and I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know as well as any person reading.

I was quoted $140 for the installation, but when I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $50 charge for parts. I wish this had been communicated upfront to avoid any surprises. They told me my car would be ready by 1:30 PM, but when I hadn't heard anything by 3:30 PM, I called to check in. They said they'd been trying to reach me, but I confirmed that my number was written correctly on the paperwork--it just hadn't been read properly. When I picked up my car, I noticed a few issues: * The satellite antenna was placed on top of my dash with visible wires, which didn't look very clean or professional. * A hole had been drilled near the dash for a charging wire that I didn't request, even though my car already has multiple outlets. * The biggest issue was that several features like my rear camera and steering wheel controls weren't hooked up, despite my car having the capability for them. I understand that some systems require extra components, but I would've appreciated more clear communication before the install, so I could make an informed decision.
