Came here for a speaker install and stereo upgrade. They upsold me to a rear view mirror camera w apple car play. Price wasn't bad. But I still had that "used car dealership" feeling. Like I was bout to get ripped off. Well my spidy senses were correct. I told them like 3-4 times "I just got new door panels, DONT PUT SPEAKERS THERE. Put them on the kick panel." And they said "no problem." After looking at my truck. GUESS where they put the speakers at? Yup, they cut up my new door panels and put the speakers there. They didn't call me. They didn't say "the speakers won't fit in the kick panel" they just said "customer don't know crap. I'll put them here" The new stereo they installed, SAME EXACT alpine model I already had and the install had a huge gap on the side. Like it was cocked at an angle and not flush. The more I looked, the worst it got. The rear view camera, drilled into my License Plate!! WTF? Not even on the bumper, on the actual license plate. I called to complain but still waiting for them to "call back" so lesson learned, I'll just go to a diffferent shop. If u broke or have a tight budget and don't care about quality, then come here. Day job turned into a 3-4 day job. Alarm was installed but then another problem with the locks came up. That was fixed then problems with the alarm came up. Alarm was eventually all fixed but now my starter is having problems, and my door is locking louder than normal, assuming that the weather stripping was removed and wasn't put back properly inside the door panel. Car went in for an alarm install with apparently "lifetime warranty", and came out with some new problems. You'd expect lifetime warranty with the install means they will fix whatever problems you come across without any extra charge, but looks like there's a different meaning to lifetime warranty at this shop. Had to be asked to pay $50 for a lock since magically it stopped working after it came in perfectly fine, and came out broken after the install. Another thing to mention is once I noticed the alarm wasn't chirping anymore after they tried fixing it a 3rd time, I got accused and told that I apparently got the alarm installed at a different shop which is why it stopped chirping, so implying it's not their fault. Damn! Completely and utterly rediculous. You get what you paid for as the saying goes. Find someplace else to get your needs done. Will most likely be better worth the price even if it ends up being an extra $100. Trust me. Another thing to add, they never once tried contacting or communicating to me that my car was finished and was ready to be picked up. Language barrier seems to be vaguely present as well. Last and final thing, squeezing the lemon to its last juice here, if you're worried about your car being messed with, as in revving, etc, once again, if it wasn't already obvious enough, don't go here.
