Just got my 2016 Tundra back from Kenny earlier this afternoon and once again he knocked it out the park. This is the second vehicle Ive brought to his shop for an audio upgrade. Both vehicles had stock stereos and speakers and were upgraded with sub,amp with dsp and head units. Quality is unmatched as is customer service. Learned of Kenny and his company through one of his Facebook videos. I vetted two other companies but only Kenny took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed and why. He even took my call while on a camping trip with his family. While others wanted to replace my speakers, Kenny said to keep my factory JBLs and update the amp and subwoofer. Well I've had the stereo system now for a few months and while the install itself looks good, I did have one of the 6x9's that he installed stopped working. I had told Kenny that it sounded like all the sound was coming from the rear passenger side and he said it's cause I had the front speakers on the kick panel down low which made sense. So I went to sit in the back seat and the only speaker working was the passenger 6x9 in the back. The front speakers worked too. I replaced the speakers with better ones that I bought from Kenny and that fixed the problem. Just sucks you spend $5400 on speakers (Alpine and JL Audio) and one of the speakers failed. The 2 star is cause the amount of money I spent, you think the speakers would have lasted more than a year ‍ If the quality of the speakers is the issue, he should not offer those speaks then. read more

Hubby was looking to upgrade the oem radio for his truck and had a few places on the list based on Google and Yelp reviews. Decided to stop here first based on Yelp reviews being so high, and sure enough, we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were helped by Billy and took us to look at the truck radio first, then ushered us to the showroom. There. We were met with Boss and Alpine systems, speakers, and subs... it was a cute little set up, and shows very well. We were shown and explained the difference between the radios they carry, and hubby already had an idea that he wanted the 9" radio replacement. Secondly, we spoke with Kenny (who was helping another customer) and was able to get a price estimate. A little research online showed the radio was being sold for list price as you would buy yourself online or a place like Best Buy. Even Crutchfield, where I've bought Boss and Alpine before, showed the same price. So, basically, paying for the labor. Which was no comparison. We were able to get the vehicle in and out in under 2 hours. They guarantee their work with a warranty, and the stereo came with the warranty as well. Very good customer service, very clean store, parking lot is a bit on the small side as multiple businesses are utilizing the same parking lot. Highly recommend, Hubby can't be happier with the service and quality provided. They didn't try to up-sell us on speakers and were very honest, and it ended up being true although they did provided alternatives for improved sound and quality to boost the stereo if we needed to in the future, much appreciation for the honesty! Definitely would bring our other vehicles in for an upgrade when the time comes! As the work was clean, no wires shown, no issues, and was explained how carplay functions work and configured sound settings to maximize sound experience. I highly recommend this place. He never stopped working, answered in an unfriendly monotone voice, then quoted me a high price for a job he couldn't do for 2 months. Went down the street to Apple glass and got the job done on 2 cars the next day for less money. Not sure what the deal is here, but I sure left this business with a creepy feeling. read more

A year and a half ago I went to Soundelux to see if I could get more out of the system I installed in my vehicle. I enjoy doing work on my vehicles myself and gave it a shot. Had a friend with some experience give me a hand and we installed Focal speakers, JL sub and amps. I could not get my stereo to sound remotely good. When I stopped in at Soundelux and talked with Kenny he gave a listen and simply recommended I add JL Fix 86 as I was still running the factory head unit. Pretty cool of a business owner to point me in the right direction and not try to get me in the door. This made a huge improvement in sound quality. Fast forward a year and I still was not happy with the sound of my system. It sounded ok but not great. With the components installed I expected great. Many attempts on my part (well Googles part) to equalize and improve sound. I went back to see Kenny at Soundelux. Even though he had a shop full of work he took the time and went over all options to get my system to a level and quality it should be at. Kenny agreed that I should be getting more out of my stereo and that it could sound great. NAV-TV had released their audio interface module and Kenny let me know this would flatten out my signal, fix my issue with blinker and vehicle chimes being crazy loud and add the option of fiber optic cable. Again, Kenny was not trying to get me in the door. At this point I wanted and experience installer to do the work and also tune my system. Even though he would be working with an install not done by his shop he was willing. Dropped my vehicle off a few days later, Kenny and the crew went at it. I also added a JL master volume and sub control so multiple tune options could be added. Soundelux did an excellent job, added 3 different tunes to my amp and work was super clean. Kenny was right my stereo should have sounded great with the components installed. After they finished, I could not believe it was the same system. Sounds amazing no mater what type of music is playing. I could not be happier. I do not regret giving the install and tune myself a shot. It was a fun experience. I will say you get what you pay for. In this case I could have saved myself some frustration and had a knowledgeable installer involved from the start. Kenny and his crew are that for sure. read more

This guy thinks he is in Hollywood with his prices. I understand you do good work, but 600$ to install two speakers is ridiculous. Then he says "we do it the correct way!" I took it to a different shop. Speakers and labor 225$ if you do t mind being over charged then these guys are you best bet.
