They spent so much time with me explaining the process and giving me hands on examples to help make my decision for which products I wanted to go with. I expected to be satisfied with the results of the window tints--reducing heat and sun exposure for me and my dog, but I did not expect to be so stoked about it! The impact is incredible! I've already noticed a huge reduction in how much my a/c is used and my dog is noticeable more comfortable when riding with me (as am I, but it's very noticeable when she's panting back there). So that alone is well worth the money. Second, and I don't generally care about aesthetics, but it just looks sweet! I could go on, but I'll stop now. Professional, communicative, and competitive pricing. Work was also on point. I had an S9 package installed for my son's car and my son loved the work and look after the tint job. I ordered all windows of a Corolla Apex including a front windshield strip. What I liked, and have never experienced with all my tint purchases, was that my son was asked to come to the shop and sit in the car to help determine how much of a strip was desired so it would actually be useful in blocking out sunlight while driving.
