I had a very frustrating experience with Adrian at Lavish auto spa. Came In excited to have a pink car, gave him my $800 deposit a month in advance so he could be fully prepared once I dropped off my car. I was told the job would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking THREE WEEKS with very little communication throughout the process. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time. read more

This is my before & after pictures of some of Adrian's great work. I started off having my chrome deleted, to my trunk wrapped carbon fiber (color) then my hood. It's addicting once you see your preferences placed on your vehicle. It's been about a year now with all of his work done and i can say that it's well, neat, lasting work. I personally try & wash the Q once a week and so far, nothing has happened to my cosmetic work. Finally, i finished off with 5% cremamic tint all around. Review for Lavish Auto Spa - (2/5) PAID 3,450$ I took my car to Lavish Auto Spa for a satin black wrap, diffuser installation, and exhaust upgrade, expecting quality work and a reasonable turnaround time. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, and while the final result looks good, the process was far from professional. The Good: * The satin black wrap turned out clean and well-done. * They offer a variety of customization services, which is nice for car enthusiasts. * Offered Discount only 100$ off The Bad: * Extremely long wait time - What should have taken a week or two at most stretched into over three weeks. Every time I asked for an update, I was given vague responses, and my car kept getting pushed aside for other customers. * Poor communication - I had to constantly follow up to get any sort of progress update. I believe a business should proactively inform customers about delays rather than leave them wondering. * Disrespect for my property - They threw away my old diffuser without my permission. I was never asked if I wanted to keep it, and when I brought it up, there was no real attempt to make it right. * Unprofessional Conversations - Seems to not care of having a great customer services. He points out things that is not true and will make you unexpected charges. * DO NOT PAY UPFRONT - wait until you're service is done, he does not provide warranty invoice. I ask for an invoice for my warranty and was never sent. I understand that shops get busy, and I was patient, but three weeks for a wrap and a couple of installations is excessive--especially when my car wasn't prioritized. The lack of communication and disregard for my old part left a bad impression. If you go here, be prepared for delays and make sure you clarify everything upfront, including what happens to your old parts. Would I recommend Lavish Auto Spa? Not really. If you don't mind waiting and staying on top of them for updates, the work itself is decent. On March 10, 2024, I took my 2021 Dodge Charger to Lavish Auto Spa for a complete cleaning due to white paint overspray provided by some very inconsiderate house painters. Due to the amount of spray that was deposited on the vehicle I was quite aware that this would be a time consuming and labor intensive job. I spoke with Adrian and he informed me that it would indeed take a lot of clay bar work to remove the overspray paint. Adrian was a very friendly, and after speaking with him for a short time, he gained my confidence. Therefore, I felt very comfortable leaving my car at the business over the weekend for him and his associate to work on. Adrian calculated that it would take about 8 hours to complete the job. I jokingly told Adrian that I would rather have a good job rather than a fast one. I received the car back within 2 days time, as promised, and the car was in spectacular show room condition. The cost of the job was reasonable considering all the clay bar work this job must have demanded. If anyone should have similar problem I have no reservations in recommending Adrian and staff to do the job. read more

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, to start off he was almost 30 min late which should've been a red flag but I was super excited about getting my car detailed. I took my car to get a interior and exterior clean and not only did they keep my car for almost 8 hours after saying it would take 4 hours, they didn't do a good job, I had to ask Adrian the owner to vacuum the car again cause it seems they didn't even vacuum under the seats, or wash the back, I had to take my car another day to finish. When I went the 2nd day they kept my car for 3 hours and when I arrived to get it Adrian was barely working on it even though he said it would take an hour, I couldn't wait anymore due to me having to go to work but when I checked nothing was really done. It still needed to be vacuumed and washed again. I don't recommend this place if you're spending less than $500 it just seems they only care if you're spending a lot. But I spent over $300 and with the results definitely not worth it. I could've got the same results with someone else who charges $100 but I thought lavish auto spa was high quality but I was wrong. read more

Every 6 months I bring my car back in, he details it out, keeps me in check, and restores the ceramic so it keeps its 9 y warranty. I just hose it off and microfiber towel it. I finally did a dry wash. I'm agonna need Adrien to give me some tips and tricks on that. Highly recommend. My only regret is that I cheapest out and didn't do the $300 extra paint correction. I was kicking myself all the next day. So, expect todo paint correction, or expect to be told it'll be $300 more to make it perfect. What was I thinking? I shopped around at 7 different locations for a full wrap and not only was Lavish the chillest crew I met, they were also the most reasonably priced and the ONLY company that 1) got back to me right away and 2) didn't condescend after it became clear that I know nothing about cars. Seriously happy I came here. Got a full wrap on both the exterior and interior with 3 coats of hydrophobic ceramic for protection. Adrian kept me updated and it was awesome seeing the process as they posted to their Instagram stories. It turned out mostly perfect, just one bubble and some minor peeling in 2 spots, but they made the corrections completely free and now it's flawless On top of that, when I had trouble getting a ride to pick it up they just drove it to my house no problem. Avoid at all costs. The purpose of a detailer is not just to clean a car, but to clean it in a way that resembles the reconditioning of the vehicle to a like new condition. Our experience with Lavish was the exact opposite, from their customer service to the actual end product. We dropped off the vehicle at our scheduled appointment time and were told to pick it up at 6:00. Lavish was supposed to have the vehicle for 4 hours, which is an outrageous amount of time for a basic detail, but we wanted to try a new place. When we called to check on the vehicle, they had no idea who we were, or even that our vehicle was in their shop. Furthermore, the car had only been washed after being in their shop for 4 hours. We gave them an extra hour to try and get the vehicle across the finish line. When arriving at Lavish to pick up the vehicle we inspected the exterior for wax build up, water spots, and scratches. We then moved to the interior and only had to lift a floor mat to see that they barely tried to vacuum the vehicle. That's when the other shoe dropped. I did something simple.... I moved a seat.... The response from one of their techs: "That seat comes up?" I was at first confused as to what kind of detailer doesn't know how to manipulate seat positions to vacuum and DETAIL the entire vehicle. Then I was concerned that a detailer would have the floor mats out and not be curious as to lifting up all seats, folding them in different positions, and be concerned with getting in all nooks and crannies. Sure enough, they weren't curious enough to vacuum out the cup holders, the storage containers, the center console, or the dash console, or even vacuum under the seats. What were they most concerned with? Getting a layer of wax on the exterior so they could take photos for their instagram. I'd be amazed if these guys can afford to pay their rent and are in business in 6 months with this type of service. Avoid at all costs. read more

When u give someone a car project sometimes the process can take longer than expected to get the right results. Not all ppl understand that. He picked an exact color match. A few weeks later I went back to have my rims powered coated black and calipers painted. Great job again. Prices are very reasonable. I wanted to wait a little bit to post a follow-up review. The tint is amazing, no bubbles or streaks and the heat reduction is unbelievable. Driving through 115 degree weather I couldn't tell it was that hot until I stepped out of the car. I wasn't sweating and I didn't get a sunburn on the long drive to Nevada from San Diego. The guys at the shop were very nice and accommodating. The price was hundreds less than the competition and the work was outstanding. Called 30 min. before I went to pick up the car and they hadn't started the interior. They didn't know what service they were supposed to be doing, had no idea they scheduled the car. Just totally clueless and unprofessional. Needless to say the car was not ready on time. Found out about them by a friend who had gotten some work done and followed them on Instagram. Came to them to receive a gloss black wheel powder coat and a interior wrap in carbon fiber for my car. Car was suppose to be done in 3 days but ended up taking 5 days which I did not mind until I picked up my car and was met with a couple problems. I was told at the beginning I would pay 850 but ending up paying 900 which I'm not sure why they didn't stick to their original price. When I got to the location to pick up my car the battery was dead due to them not disconnecting the battery when working on my interior(maybe from leaving the doors open or radio on) which resulted in them having to jump start it. My radio/speaker sound was not working due to the battery dying and the fuse ended up blowing in my car which I had to pay out of pocket and also take time out of my day to get the battery recharged as it was completely drained. Gloss black powder coat came out amazing but the interior wrap had many imperfections in the way they wrapped it and some bubbling could be seen in the interior pieces. Interior wrap was not worth it. The wrap look exactly like my old one and I was told that the one they use "looks so much better". Make sure you check your car since you may not receive it the way you dropped it off. I had to go back to the location as they forgot to give me back some items that my car had and they did not install back. Not worth the trouble look elsewhere for your auto needs. Good powder coat everything else was a bad experience and not worth the time wasted and trouble. read more
