All I can say is if you have a appt there you better go or you'll be harassed. I had to block Sam for the repeated calls angry. My gps took me next door. I had no idea I was in another shop. Sam demanded on every call to tell them to stop working on it n take it there. He even walked over angry like he was going to confront someone then to the window where I was sitting in the lobby outside. . By that time I was nauseous. I was so scared. The shop next door was A1 Autoglass n tinting. Tony kept apologizing n threw in some extras for the horrible experience. I bought a 2003 Acura with original tint that looked god awful and was bubbling. It was clearly a VERY difficult job, and way more difficult than they anticipated when I called for a quote. I was quoted $125 for my back window tint removal AND installation of new tint. Not only were both of these guys super sweet the whole time, offering me cold water and chatting with me/answering all my silly questions, but they actually did a great job too. Simon was very sweet and friendly to chat with while I waited, and Sam was also very polite. Overall, it took these guys 2 hours to get my god awful, old, purple tint off! Even with all that time and effort, they did not change the price. Definitely deserved a tip for all their hard work. Thank you guys! read more
