Highly Recommend! Referred here by Mazda EC. They did not disappoint. Linda was generous with her time in explaining what would happen. I was concerned about the camera bells and whistle projected onto the windshield and how all might be affected. I was on the phone with Mazda and other repair places, and the price and service here was outstanding. There is a nice clean waiting room for anyone needing it, which I did. Internet and a TV. Great job and quick service. Friendly service. The service technician was very knowledgeable. The repair has lasted a long time.

If there's a better auto glass business then I want to see it.....actually, I don't. I am so impressed with these guys I wi never use another company, as long as Linda is still running things! Super nice, very efficient, and communicates every step of the way. She and her team are in sync which allows them to deliver on their promises. I have used them in the past and have always been happy with their work. Then, this last week they replaced two windshields for me, one was easy while the other a bit more complicated because I had some damage around the opening. Both were installed perfectly and at a good price.....what more can you ask for when you have quality work, excellent service at a fair price.....I call that "a business with people who care"! read more

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! They are literally the best in town. They were referred to me by a friend who has a shop next to them. My truck was vandalized and the rear window was broken. I called them up around noon and they said they could take me in today and get it done today as well. I took the truck to them around 1 PM and around 4 PM they were done replacing the window! They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my truck which had little pieces of the broken glass! I could tell they were professionals from the very first time I contacted them. I didn't even check other shops because I felt the qoute they gave me was fair. They definitely won a customer and I will make sure I tell my friends and family about them. read more

The communication was great with the owner. Was able to keep my car because my window was shattered and I had no where to park it.

My sincere apologies I've been I'll & just got this message. The inaccurate review will be deleted asap.

I contacted 10 other Auto Glass companies in reference to my rear 1/4 Glass Panel as well as my broken driver side window regulator. I waited to get work done on my vehicle due to the outrages prices I was being quoted on. But I sure am happy I waited! Linda & her team @ Best Price Auto Glass were ALWAYS the FIRST to respond regarding all questions I had. They hands down, had the best prices, and were always responding to me within minutes. Once I dropped off my vehicle, Linda & her team were extremely welcoming and professional. The labor took around an hour and I am extremely grateful to them. My car window rolls up like brand new, and the replacement 1/4 glass panel looks outstanding!! Not only were they extremely professional, had great pricing and were highly efficient, but they are also MILITARY FRIENDLY! You can NOT compete with their prices and the great work they do. Thank you Linda & your team!! read more

Linda was awesome. She help me through each step from ordering the right glass and scheduling. But most of all I appreciate their honesty. This is a family own shop. With the current restrictions there are many businesses that raise their cost just to be able to stay open. I'm truly thankful I came across Linda and her business. Her quote was about a third of what the other company wanted to charge me. She not only gave me an honest quote but also saved me a few more dollars in the end because she was able to reuse some clips and trim. While I make every effort to help support mom and pop shops and my local community, it's the honesty and the people that brings customers and referrals back!! Thank you again Linda! read more

I ran into an unexpected issue with my rear view mirror coming off my windshield. Linda at Best Price was recommended to me so I went there and was able to get my mirror fixed right away. Keep up the great work- it makes a difference. We will now be a life long customer of yours with all our car needs. read more

My 2003 Honda Accord windshield was broken by flying freeway debris. I took the car to the dealer. The service attendant did not even attempt to quote me the Honda price; he told me, "You need to call Linda." Linda was straight-forward, honest about pricing and how the "windshield replacement world" works, and incredibly easy to deal with. My car was fixed as promised. When I picked up the car, I noticed they worked on automatic door locks as well. The automatic lock on my passenger door had ceased working weeks prior. I made an appointment and, magically, they fixed it. If you go somewhere else, you are making a HUGE mistake, both in price paid and quality. read more

Remember the Seinfeld episode where they took the reservation but didn't actually do anything about the reservation? That happened with these guys. I made a reservation in person and explicitly said I'd couldn't drop the car off all day, I'd wait. They TOOK the reservation for the next Saturday. They called me and said they were ready so I came in and they said "OK - come back tonight." I said that wasn't possible, I had didn't have a ride so I'd need to wait. They said they'd call when they were ready for me so I ran some errands and tried to kill time. They called me three and half hours later so I come in and they told me they were backed up because some other customers showed up and they were working on their cars instead, but I could drop the car off next Saturday. Luckily I was able to get right into Diamond Auto at 2946 Jamacha Rd and David did a fantastic job so the day wasn't a complete loss. Bottom line - no chance I'd ever do business with these guys. Terrible customer service and zero respect for their customer's time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4T2GmGSNvaM read more
