Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. They even offered me water while I waited, and the comfortable couch made the experience relaxing and stress-free. The atmosphere was very positive, with great vibes all around. It's rare to find a business that combines efficiency with genuine hospitality, but Payless Auto Glass definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, fast service, and a team that truly cares about their customers. The whole thing took about an hour and a half from start to finish, which was way quicker than I expected. On top of that, I had a broken A-frame piece covering part of my windshield, and they fixed that too without any hassle. They went above and beyond. Got to appreciate a straightforward business. Called Payless Auto Glass couple weeks ago to get a quote for Honda pilot front windshield replacement. They asked me couple questions, few hours later they texted me my options and mainly their recommendation. I made a selection, they called me to set up an appointment, they met my need to get it done on a Saturday, and problem solved. Love the quality of the product installed, and the work. Sal and his team of auto glass specialists have my repeat business!! I had many auto glass projects for hm and he always treated me right. His prices were very affordable, but he always gave me options between budget and top tier auto glass. But was was better, was that his supply connections always got us any type of windshield that we wanted and was in-shop delivered within a day or so. Also his work is very good and quick. Normally I allocate 4 hours for windshield repair, so I plan a bike ride to the local shops while I wait. So the good problem was that, I barely had time to finish my first startbuck coffee, then Sal and team called me to say that it was ready within 2 hours. Wow! I highly recommend Payless auto glass for their service, integrity, and attention to detail. read more

Awesome, quick and very professional service. I have referred family members and the service is always the best.

Their company is super friendly and works so efficiently! It only took less than 40 min to remove my cracked windshield from a rock on the freeway and install a new window perfectly. They offered me free cold water and showed me how to take care of the new windshield for the next 48 hrs as it sets. They placed blue tape over the edges that need to be there for a couple days and Sal even offered to remove the tape for me if I would like. Scheduling appts with them was super easy -- they even offered to work on Labor Day if needed! Highly recommend this company for your windshield repairs! read more

This place is wonderful!! I called several places and received multiple quotes way out of my price range. I finally came across Payless Auto Glass, not realizing they were located in Lakeside CA. Sal gave me the best quote of all and offered to come to me all the way in Eastlake/Otay Ranch area. We will definitely be using Payless Auto Glass in the future and referring our family and friends to them. Thank you Sal! read more
