My drivers side window rolled all the way down and would not go up. I called Eddy's after normal working hours and he picked up. He met me right away and got my window put back up so my car would be secure. He was able to order the part and will be meeting me later today to install it. Hi I cannot give enough stars. We had a chip in the windshield turn into a huge crack last Sunday morning-4/14/24 I called around and a lot of places were closed, online estimates were sky high, and then I called Eddy's Auto Glass Eddy was open, answered, took down my info, and said he would do it for a great price, but would have to order the windshield and would do it Monday. I expected that so we were set. The next day he called me in the morning, and let me know it had arrived but was scratched, so he couldn't install it. He was going to order another one, but didn't know when it would come in, might be the next day. First I told him thanks for letting me me know about the scratch and for caring enough to not install it. We both had work the next day and really needed both vehicles. Eddy said he understood and said he'f call around, go to the warehouse, special order, whatever, but he'd get one and installed that day. He did it. We had a new beautiful windshield that evening. He took the time as he worked to explain what he was doing and fixing issues we've had since the last windshield was installed sloppily. Nothing better than a job done right the first time. I'm glad I called Eddie for a quote on the windshield install of my classic car project. Even though he had three installations that Saturday morning when I called him, he arrived at 11am for the quote and also inspected the car's original glass which had been removed. He was up front about my lack of warranty with reusing the factory glass and the risk associated which I was glad he communicated. He offered a good price on the windshield and the additional windows I had ready like the rear corner glass.
