I have brought different cars here in the past so after getting a new car I decided to come back…read moreto have my wife Lexus front windshield tinted. I came back here because he had the earliest appointment available. I had the tint done in late January 2026 and went with a ceramic IR tint and went darker then what the owner Andrew recommended. Fast forward to June - July the tint was not reflecting any heat. We contacted Andrew and wanted to charge an additional $250 to essentially remove the tint and install a new tint. The excuses from the curve of the windshield etc.. and just refused to take ownership / responsibility for a bad install or incorrect tint film used. We have 3 other cars all with front windshield tints done by AMB and blacked out tint and have ZERO issues. Needless to to we will not be doing business here again will not be recommending to families and friends for any future services. Take your business elsewhere because this is not the place it use to be. We have been getting tint on our cars for over 15 years this isn't our first time !!!

They actually helped me save $100 by letting me remove my own tint before the service, total fluke, but they were kind enough to honor it, which I really appreciated. They did my rear back window, ceramic tint and it looks amazing, super clean, no bubbles, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. My daughter rescheduled for today (Friday again), took leave hours from work again, and come 4:00? No Tony. She called and was given a shaky excuse of "Oh... I scheduled you for NEXT week". Very nice gentleman who took the time to explain and answer any questions I may have about tint and how dark along with heat protection. I was comfortable immediately and was able to get the Bronco in immediately. Less than two hours later the job was completed and I couldn't be happier. Fast forward to a few weeks ago; my wife, after seeing how good the Bronco looked, wanted her front windows done the same tint depth. The owner personally assisted me, taking the time to explain the available multimedia receivers on his computer, including the various price points for the receiver, necessary adapters, and installation. I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service.
