Got my tint done at this store and I am very pleased with the outcome! They are very straightforward and all my questions were answered. I decided to go with a full tint coverage with the Xpel prime XR plus and the price was decent for the brand. Service was amazing and I got my car back on the same day. Took them about 4 hours to finish the install. Will definitely come back to this place and I recommend to anyone who needs the best tint.

I had gone to them back in 2023 with my previous car as well as my parents and we haven't had any problems with the tint after 3 years. Recently got a Mustang and decided to go again and they did not disappoint. Evelyn was super friendly and answered every question I had and explained everything. Quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Run away! they damaged my car during installation and they claimed the damage was there. They are so unprofessional and the best thing you can do if there's any dissatisfaction is to call your credit card and contest the charges! Have all receipts and photos, text messages for proof as this business doesn't want to provide you with proof of payment if you don't request it.

I've taken my last three cars to this shop and every time they've done an amazing job. The team is super knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. They take the time to explain and recommend what's best instead of just trying to sell you something. The installation is always clean and precise. Honestly, the price never even bothers me because the level of work, professionalism, and attention to detail makes it completely worth it. Also, shout out to Evelyn who handles scheduling--she's always so helpful. And as a bonus, they have two gorgeous dogs at the shop that might just make your visit even better! I went to Apple Glass to get my two windows tinted. Evelyn helped set me up with an appointment that worked with me and my schedule. She texted me to make sure I was still okay with the date for the appointment or if I need to reschedule for any reason.When I went to drop my car off I got there a bit early but they were able to take my car right away and Evelyn told me it would be about an hour an half or so but the car was done alot quicker than that which made me happy. Evelyn kept me updated on everything going on with my car and I was very happy with how it turned out. Set up an appointment to get my tacoma rear windows all tinted. Evelyn was great and provided great customer service from the start over the phone. I received both email and text confirming and reminding me of my appointment. Truck was in and out within an hour and a half. Tint looks great. Quoted Xpel for my vehicle and when I got there they wanted to charge 500 dollars more because they said it needed extra material. When I said that is not what I wanted, the lady was rude and non flexible in helping solve the problem. Not sure how they can maintain customers with the attitude of the customer service gal. They returned my money and when I quoted with another certified Xpel certified shop the price was 50% less. I would encourage you to go to Autoshield in kerney mesa, they know how to treat their customers there and half the price and certified quality. Would not recommend this place. read more

So if your like me and what your rides to look clean AF!!! Apple glass in the South Bay can get your window looking right !!!!! Been here a few times and they seem to get the job done right.... overall it's your typical shop with lackluster seating area basically outside !!! They have a precision cutting tint machine that gets your tint cut to your cars windows spec pretty nice !!! There prices have gone up over the years so don't expect them to be on the cheap side but for quality I think there prices are fair!!! I recommend u make an appointment before u go as they can get busy!!!!! read more

Initially I requested to be quoted on yelp, no response for a good amount of hours which isn't a big deal since I just decided to call and was able to get my quote quickly over the phone. We were able to set up an appointment and he actually set it at 8:15am because I asked for it to be done soon because of work and he had another client after when he's usually at least I've seen open at 9am which I can appreciate. When I came to the appointment there was a positive and a negative, the positive is he helped me decide on the right tint 5% on back 45 % on front 2 and 70% windshield CXP but there was a spontaneous 60$ increase to my price from 700 to 760$ due to him running out of the tint i was initially going for and switching to CXP which at first I was skeptical but I think the result was worth it and it comes with a *limited* life time warranty. Overall 2 hiccups, it's not a big operation & the guy who helped was very polite and explained things very openly which I can also appreciate, I'm happy with my experience and result and I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know as well as any person reading.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y in July 2024 and had been on the hunt for a quality window tinting spot. After doing some research, I came across Apple Glass Window Tinting on Main Street in Chula Vista--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, the team was professional and transparent. I received a quote for a full nano-ceramic tint job, including the panoramic roof, and the price was unbelievably reasonable for the top-tier quality they offer. I decided to move forward with them, and the results blew me away. The car looks amazing--flawless tint, zero bubbles, no residue or water left behind. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I've seen other shops rush the job or leave cars messy, but not here. They treat your car like it's their own. What really sets this business apart, though, is their integrity and customer care. After the tint job was done, my car was parked out front when it was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run. The team at Apple Glass immediately sprang into action. They tried to stop the driver, took photos of the car, and called the police right away. When I arrived, the staff, especially the woman at the front, went out of her way to help by providing photos and surveillance footage to the officer on the scene. Their quick thinking and compassion during such a stressful moment truly meant the world to me. Fast and easy process. pricing was fair. When I got to my appointment technician who was really knowledgeable explained to me that I had a bigger problem than my handle. So that was a whole different quote. Honestly a quote I couldn't afford. But the reason I am writing this review is because they were so understanding and they are not money hungry.
