What a lousy experience for my family and grandchildren last night ! We reserved spots for a biker party with santa and the grinch who both reeked of marijauna , at first they encouraged the kids to jump on the bikes for pictures and all was good but after dinner (which was awful) the manager started walking around with his chest out yelling at the kids and parents to stay away from the bikes cause your gonna knock them over, my 40 pound grandson is going to knock over an 800 pound bike on a stable floor , we came back this year because last year they had a wonderful dance party Christmas that we all enjoyed but that was a different manager read more

I got takeout here and the host that was on at the time his name was zach. Zach was extremely kind and was a very warm welcome into the building he was very quick and considerate to get us our food in a timely fashion and give us extra silverware. Always fun to be back here. It was a pleasure to get a couple meals recently, and UNO's did quite well. The turkey avocado sandwich was pretty good. Also the pizzas are decent, and it's not personal, but NY style is where it's at. It's a good part of being subjective with food styles, but I think most will enjoy this. Parking is a pleasure. Also it is convenient to the highway. One very positive attribute, is the service here is excellent. A wonderful staff and I tip my hat out of respect to them. It takes forever for the food, over 2 hours last night and there were less than 10 people in the place. Soup had sat too long, over ripe tomatoes and over cooked pizza. Staff is great, very friendly and they help make up for the terrible service. We've been going to this UNOs for years and it has definitely go down hill and we are concerned it will be closed. There is an Applebees directly across the street, the parking lot was full when we walked into to UNOs @ 7:30 pm and still full when we walked out @ 10:15 pm. Obviously the locals have figured it out. If I were the senior manager of this UNOs establishment, I'd be trying to figure out how to win some of that business back. First thing would be to replace the kitchen staff. read more

Me and my family had takeout on the 14th for dinner from Uno's Pizzeria. The food was good and there were no issues with the meals, but the service was questionable. I came inside to a young girl working the host stand and didn't greet me at all, just immediately asked me if i wanted a table or if i was picking up an order. When I told her I was picking up, she asked my name and then immediately walked away. It took around 5-10 minutes for her to come back out and only said 'The order isn't ready', no mention of how long I need to wait. Within the time I was waiting she was looking down at the counter the entire time (I assume on her phone) not checking on my order. She ended up going to get my order a couple minutes later, and I waited for a total of 15 minutes, when I placed my order well before coming to pick it up. From the looks of it, it didn't even seem that busy but I didn't question it. Overall the food was great and we will be coming back, just hoping for some better service. read more

If you're looking for some decent pizza this is definitely the place to go. They have a lot of options for the menu if you don't want just pizzeria but you're getting the standard pizzeria food options. Parking is spacious as it's in a large plaza. The inside is very welcoming and the staff is as well. The food here is great especially their Detroit style pizza menu which is one of the best Detroit style pizzas I've ever had in Massachusetts. Me and my family (my mother, father, and sister) decided to come here over thanksgiving break, and oh boy let me tell you a little about it! Our waiter, a man with a black beard was our waiter, and he was an absolute delight! The whole restaurant was very clean and sanitary, and the entire atmosphere of the place made me happy. Our food came quickly, and it tasted absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, my sister didn't know that the burger came with mayo, which is unappetizing, but it was our fault because it says mayo right on the menu. What in the world is going on here ? Our server was either high, drunk or both? We watched her stare at the computer for a good 10 minutes , then skip thru the Restaurant, hide for awhile in the restroom and then sit at a booth and talk loudly on her phone. 2 outfit of 3 meals were wrong and they couldn't find us because the server put the wrong table number. Very disappointed in the service, or lack thereof on my take out order. I placed an order for one personal pizza and two orders of wings at 5:24pm. I was given a pick up time of 25 minutes. At 5:42 my phone rang. It was Unos telling me they were out of wings. Took 20 minutes to figure that out? So I ordered a second pizza and was told they would expedite them both. At 6:10 someone emerged from the kitchen and told me it would be 4-5 more minutes. At 6:19 my order was brought out. I asked what took so long and the cashier said "that's a good question". Not what I wanted to hear. Finally got to eat the pizza and the mystery meat was burn and had the consistency of a meatball left in the sun for a week. I never received my coleslaw and they gave me to baked potatoes. I inform the server that the food was lukewarm. She took it back to the kitchen. She came back with original plate. Terrible experience from the start with confusion on orders, beginning with incorrect appetizer then wrong toppings on my deep dish pizza. As I read about uno, it started off as a deep dish pizza place in Chicago and as they expanded into a chain, it became more like an apple bee's. I was sad to see that they had pasta, steak, and other dishes that does not relate to what a Uno should be. I believe the waitress was new who served us but she mixed up our orders on appetizer, confused us with soup options, gave us wrong toppings on the pizza and did not refill our waters. We chose UNO's over Applebees because there was no wait. Well, there was a apparently a reason for that. I had the fish and chips, looked and tasted like it was premade frozen fish, one piece of fish was almost inedible. My wife had a personal pizza, not bad for what it was, we should have gotten a larger one and split it. My daughter got a chicken avocado sandwich, the first one came with a hair. They remade it and my daughter enjoyed the sandwich and loved their seeet potato fries. The server was awesome, not her fault that the food isn't great. We won't be back here, too many local places to eat that are much better. read more

We decided on having dinner here since it was buy one pizza and get a 2nd free to take home. It was a mistake. The utensils and plates were filthy. The waitress came back with a second set of utensils and plates..they were still filthy. The forks had food between the prongs and the plates were greasy with specks of food on the front and back of them. We asked for plastic utensils and paper plates. They said the dishwasher is supposed to spray everything then run it through the dishwasher twice. He wasn't doing his job. If I hadn't already ordered we would have left. We ordered the Farmer's Market to eat at the restaurant. It was good. The one we ordered to take home was meatball and ricotta. After paying for my meal I noticed a cc charge so I inquired about it. The cc charge is for credit cards. I PAID WITH CASH. I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A CC CHARGE!!!!! The meatball and ricotta pizza did contain ricotta but not much meatball. and the meatball tasted like sausage. This establishment has gone downhill into a spiral death roll. Tonight's meal started with our waitress not coming over for a good 10 minutes. It continued with with a forgotten drink order. We reordered, it was basically all sour mix with some fruit juice. It then continued on with our appetizer coming out at the same time as our dinner. My BFs dinner was cold to the touch, his steak tips were well done ( he asked for medium) and extremely tough. The appetizer was warm on the top, cold in the center. (Pizza skins) and my personal cheese pizza came out covered in mushrooms. The manager seemed to care less, but at least took the food order off the bill. My waitress then asked if we wanted dessert, and I was still waiting on my pizza to come out, since the mushroom one obviously belonged to someone else. We were driving down the Mass Pike to 84 and were looking for something good. We stopped into UNOs because my partner really wanted the pizza skins - essentially potato skins but in a deep dish pizza crust - so we stopped there. When we walked in the hostess wasn't anywhere to be seen but after waiting a few minutes we were taken to a table. There was a lot of stuff on our table - double the menus and advertisements. I quickly figured out that the table next to us had dumped theirs on us - included an empty beer bottle. The hostess took the bottle and our waiter Eddy was great. I was a bit annoyed that my chicken Caesar came out with no chicken but the woman who brought it over went and got me some chicken. Eddy said he removed it but I don't think he actually did - I paid the bill and it was still on there. Overall - decent experience but I don't know if I'd be back. read more

Uno is such an underrated Restaurant chain. Love getting their 2 for $12 deal where I usually get a salad and personal pepperoni deep dish pizza. The last time I was here my boyfriend and I ordered a large pepperoni deep dish pizza and it was great! I love how flaky and flavorful the crust is and so much cheeeese! They have pleasantly surprised me with their selection of beers including down east cider which is local to Mass and is SO GOOOOD. Our waiter Anthony was fantastic. Hungry and looking to keep things easy and simple, we decided to stop here for lunch this past Sunday as Mrs B wanted to take advantage of a sale at Old Navy in the same shopping center). This was probably not one of our better decisions. The staff was great. We were seated immediately as it wasn't busy and our server came right over to greet us. She was quite attentive throughout the meal. As we finished one soups, our meal was brought out. As for the meals themselves, that's another story. I had the steak tips and onions, which was more onions then steak tips. Mrs B had the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo that was lacking in chicken. I'm definitely not pro-chain, but sometimes you're hungry & nothing else is open, so here we are at Uno's on our way back home. It was pretty late so there was no wait & lots of parking. Our server was very pleasant & helpful. The food was solid chain food. They ran out of personal pan crusts, so gave my daughter a small for the same price. That gives her about 3 meals so that was cool. My other daughter got a bacon burger which also yields 2 meals. I went with the Power salad which is a huge bowl of spinach, tomatoes, grapes, dried cranberries, goiji berries, chicken, pepitas & feta with vinaigrette. Actually pretty good, filling but didn't weigh me down. Came with a yummy but super salty bread stick. Kids sampled the full-sized desserts... Granny Smith apple crisp & Oreo brownie bowl which were good but just way too big. I had the mini bite Granny Smith apple crisp which was about 4 spoonfuls & just the right size. I haven't been to an Uno's in awhile. They have these weird little interactive computer things on every table that you can use to order apps, reorder drinks, pay your bill, play games & read news. I have been here time and time again, never will order a burger again from here. Probably not even the 3,000+ calorie won't. I like my burger well done as in the meat cooked damn good and not pink. I wanna know the meat is dead and not gonna fall off my plate and bleed all over cow blood. I've sent my burger back 3 times one time here and ordered the rattlesnake pasta which was good and they didn't charge me for it because of the trouble I went through with the burger . Also the nachos for your chilli are stale and would make a better box cutter than anything. Your beers in the cans are also over priced (corporate idea I'm sure) profit, profit, profit. A frosted glass belongs in the trash , not for a $5 (12oz) can of Founder's All Day IPA session ale! French fries are the best part of each meal here and the waitresses are nice.
