Ireland, i was unfamiliar with your game. I know this will be a standout meal for 2026 even though its January. An amazing experience that started with the staff. They took the time to walk through the menu and give amazing recommendations. The space itself is super cute, great for a date night. Food was prepared with love and you could tell how each individual ingredient was picked with intention. The cod was one of the best fish dishes ive ever had. Steak was beautifully cooked with a lovely sauce that you could just drink. I see why the restaurant is named Uno Mas because i will be back for sure. read more

Absolutely delicious meal! We tried to go to Uno Mas our first time in Ireland but couldn't get a reservation, so we prioritized making a reservation this year and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant itself is small, but given we noted we're celebrating in our reservation they gave us a very private table which was lovely. We took many of our server recommendations on food and everything we ate was delicious. HIGHLY recommend the rabbit rice - that was a standout for us both. We shared a carafe of an Albariño which was the perfect amount to get us through dinner. Everything was coursed out perfectly and we left feeling satisfied, but not stuffed. Great portions to try multiple things and helpful staff. Will definitely be back next time we find ourselves in Dublin! read more

Another joint that's hard to get into so make a reso far in advance! They had a set Christmas Menu for 78 Euros that came with a starter, main & dessert along with some sourdough bread. Large wine list started with Cabernet from Napa Valley..NICE! Next, for the started I tried the famed Potato & Onion Tortilla.. very good and a perfect portion. For a main I tried the Wild Halibut with Mussels and this was amazing, so good!! Dessert was a Chocolate Ganache with Lime Caramel.. this was also excellent. Was able to grab a table last minute at 5:30pm. Definitely recommended reservations as they were pretty much booked otherwise and it was a Wednesday. The sea bass aguachile (similar to ceviche/crudo) was so well balanced! Citrusy with a slight amount of heat. Every ingredient in that dish complimented each other. The croquettes were decent. A little lacking in flavor and I've had better, but they were still enjoyable. The porchetta tonnata was delish! Loved that the capers were fried crispy. I've never had capers like that and it added a next crunch. I loved the pig ears and wish there was like two more pieces of pig ears so that I could have one with every bite! Lastly, dessert was incredible. I could eat that again write now as I type. It was a chocolate mousse with olive oil ice cream, hints of orange, served with churros for dipping. Yet another well balance dish! The orange was the perfect amount, not overdone. The waiters were so kind and made great recommendations! read more

Have visited here twice and each time it has been flawless!! The service is great. Good wine but oh my wow the FOOD!! First time I went I had asparagus followed by lamb and then had a chocolate olive oil cake for dessert. The starter and main were fantastic. The dessert was mind-blowingly great! Second time we had padron peppers and some of the levain bread to share as starters. I then had brill with nduja for my main. Dessert I chose the flan de queso. Don't assume that the understated street presence of this little restaurant portends an underwhelming culinary experience. This place knows how to make very good dishes! We were pleasantly surprised by everything we ordered, from the "Para Picar" section of the menu to the Starters and then Main dishes. If our stomachs were larger we would have ordered one of everything off of the menu - everything is that good. While in Dublin, I'd recommend visiting Uno Mas and treating yourself to a very reasonably priced meal that will not disappoint. read more

Hadn't been here for a while, came back for an early midweek dinner and was very impressed. Lots of seafood on the menu-anchovies were a particular highlight. Service was friendly and polite. The restaurant had a really good buzz for a Tuesday evening-atmosphere was really good. Try get the window seat at the front if possible. Overall would highly recommend. read more

I'm giving Uno Mas 3 stars primarily for the attentive service we received. If I was rating 'food only' the rating would be lower. Being Latin American and having cooked some of the dishes I ordered, and also having had them in different regions of Spain, I found the food at Uno Mas disappointing, despite their obvious good intentions and effort. For Para picar we had Perello manzanilla picanté olives which tasted like olives right out of the jar, Padrón peppers which were a bit overcooked and not nearly as garlicky as they usually are in Spain, and croquetas which were lightly breaded and good. For starters we had one of our favorite tapas dishes, the tortilla. This was poorly prepared and swimming in thin oil that made the omelette very oily both inside and outside. Typically, a tortilla doesn't have oil poured over it as they do at Uno Mas. In Spain, they are typically dry with a rich taste of good quality EVO in the potatoes -- as the potatoes are well drained before making the omelette. Our other starter was a yellowtail crudo which was well prepared and tasty. For entrée's we had pork belly which was so fatty it was largely inedible and a mushroom agnolotti which was tasty. In summary, our meal had some good flavors, but overall, was not nearly worth the hefty tab of 142 Euros, and was a far cry from the quality of Spain's better tapas bars. read more

I have been a big fan of Etto since it opened and was really looking forward to trying Uno Mas and I was not disappointed...it was amazing. We just rocked up without a reservation and got places at the window looking out on Aungier St. but we were so happy we got places. We tried 5 different plates: Jamon Iberico (packed full of flavour with loads of fat deliciousness) which went down a treat accompanied by a simple Ribera del Duero followed by potato & onion tortilla (just divine) scallop ceviche (absolutely amazing), ox tongue (brought this little used ingredient to a new level) sea bream on rice (so flavoursome). There was no need for a mains we were so wowed by everything we ate, it was such a lovely experience. The waiter & waitress staff were happy & helpful we had to try the flan de queso - a little indulgence to finish of a spectacular meal experience....we'll be back! read more

Can't believe this is the first Yelp review of Uno Mas which has been exciting Dublin foodies for months. On our must visit list after a perfect review in the Irish Times we dropped in on spec on New Year's Eve more in hope than expectation. We were pleasantly surprised to be told they had just had a cancellation about 90 minutes later which we gratefully grabbed. We were seated immediately on return in a small but very comfortable room with exceptionally friendly service throughout. The food was sublime it has to be said. I think it's fair to say that the cuisine is mainly Spanish, the mains including delicacies such as Iberico pork, octopus and sole. I opted for the Iberico pork having already had a fabulous sea bream starter that was superb. With an Albariño (natch) to round it out it was one of the best meals of 2018. We've already booked a return visit in February. Can't wait. Highly recommended but do book. We were lucky but you won't be ! read more

Not a great hostess/customer service. Our hostess never asked if we were there for tapas and drinks or a meal. So we had to move twice after we ordered our wine. It was however a busy place place. We never did receive our appetizer but they probably couldn't keep track since we moved so much. The wine was good but couldn't tell ya about the food. read more
