Awesome customer service and accommodating issues. Gretchen did an amazing and thorough job. I'm a nutjob with what chemicals by kids come in contact with and this and that, but everything was explained VERY well to me and they were able to take care of our in-Home ant revolution without having to go near any of the kids toys or things. You would be surprised how many pest control services in Temecula aren't licensed! After calling around, a lot of the pest control services could not tell me their license number and I could not find their licenses on public record. Unlucky Bugs is fully licensed and Dennis was able to tell me his license number without hesitation. He was very professional and quick to respond, and most importantly, was able to reassure me that my dog will be safe. We had him come out for an ant problem that we could not resolve on our own. No matter how many times we killed, baited, poisoned and blocked off holes, they kept coming back 2 fold. With 1 visit, we have not seen any ants reappear! His prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend! read more

Dennis was so quick to respond, very flexible and had a great way to not make you feel pressured you can tell he cares about his business and doing what's right. I was a little nervous when finding a bug company because all the hidden fees and commitments to spraying they required. It was like he wasn't even there and didn't disrupt our day needing to leave the home for hours, and best of all I haven't seen one ant since he's left!!! I'm always nervous starting up new pest control service because after using about 5 previous companies, I'm usually left unsatisfied because I still see so many bugs! After several recommendations for Unlucky Bugs, I decided to give them a try when I had an ant infestation so bad that I was actually scared to even walk in my kitchen. I called Unlucky Bugs and they came out the very next morning and the ants were GONE in less than 3 hours. I was amazed. No wiping, no vacuuming and no spraying from me. We also battle severe spiders and water bugs from the pool and we haven't seen not even one spider or bug since Unlucky Bugs came. If I could leave this company 10 stars I would! Dennis is THE Man. Dennis came right out and dealt with a gopher problem I had. Couldn't be happier. We discussed ants, and next I knew Dennis suggested some things for minor cleanup and about an hour later came back to my house and sprayed to eradicate the ants. Dennis is very personable and we feel confident now that our shop is professionally protected against rodents and bugs. He helped us with roaches and ants and even set traps for potential rodents although this was extra credit -we never asked. Thanks for going above and beyond. I've only lived in Murrieta a year and my bf has had the house for 3 recently we have heard scratching at night in the attic. I didn't know who to call so I checked reviews and went with Dennis he came to the house the next day after I sent him an email. His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. AJ answered the phone quickly and was just as helpful--they arranged for more traps to be delivered the very next day and even offered same-day disposal if we needed it. Not only is the service top-notch and incredibly responsive, but it's also a small local business--which makes supporting them feel even better. I am receiving a combo service of pest control for spider abatement and mosquito service during certain months, and my understanding is that the visits are every other month and then every month during mosquito season. They do an auto withdrawal from my checking account for $101. every month. The routine appears to be on the 6th they make the $101 withdrawal, 7th if it is a service month they make contact, 8th or after service is scheduled. I do receive visit reports, but I have never received a service agreement, something that would break down the services and when the auto withdrawal would occur. This is the only service that I have not received courtesy reminders that a charge is going to be made to my account. I am not at all comfortable with the billing practices, which could have been easily alleviated by a service agreement with the breakdown of services and payment dates; and courtesy reminders before the auto withdrawals.

UnLucky Bugs was available very quickly to start services for our office building in Lake Elsinore. They would come monthly and do a thorough job of making sure our pests would not be returning. They would even clean up spider webs if they saw them! We had to cancel our reoccurring service for budget reasons but they were very nice and gave us no hassle to cancel. We are so happy we found Denny! We gave up on another pest control company because the guy was in and out within 2 minutes and charged us a bundle. Denny came to our house and took his time and our house has never been so bug-free! Best pest control company around! We had a brown widow problem with eggs everywhere. Dennis provided wonderful prompt service and was able to come out the next morning. Denny is amazing!!! We've lived against wilderness and spiders and creepy crawlers for years until I found him! We never have issues anymore!
