Bed 7 has been broken for a month. The face tanners do not stay on. It multiple workers multiple times. They continue to put paying customers in bed 7.Knowing that it's not functioning properly. Fix it or do not use it. Very frustrating. read more

Love going tanning at Unlimited Tan in Lockport and if you ever want to meet the nicest person in the world, you have to meet Brad. He is an employee there and goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed with all the beds, lotions etc... and knows so much about what will best suit your needs. Don't count on the hours listed. Says they are open til 9 on door. I got home from work showered and prepped to tan. Walked In at 8 on May 13th. Young blond girl working, with 5 friends in lobby says no more tans because they are closed? I'd be pissed if I was the owner paying rent. I won't go back. read more

Well I am I very very very unhappy client!!! At first yes everyone is happy helpful but it's not genuine!!! I found out about the place threw a friend she got her free dollars n I got my free tan... I decided to give them a chance since I lived very close!!! First thing is that they don't answer their phones cuz the girls r outside sittin on the bench even tho they have a cordless no one answers!!! Secondly they were supposedly upgrading their beds n since the level u have paid for isn't available u would STILL have to pay if u wanted to use a higher bed level!?!?!?! Wat it's not my fault the place decided to change beds so now I have to pay more to use a bed that is available???? No discount no srry let ur members use a higher bed for free or a few dollars no they r just money hungry!!! Third n final was I went in n bed was DIRTY yes DIRTY NOT CLEANED not even the head cushion u put ur head in was cleaned BLACK!!! Gross n I put my naked body n trusted they cleaned their beds correctly WTF!!! O n not to forget the huge FLY circling in the bed!!! So instead on the 15min time I had I got up n out in 10 mins got the manager to let him know this is the reason I DO NOT WANT TO EVER TAN HERE AGAIN!!! He then killed the fly wit the little head pillow n apologized n then I said the bed is dirty to feel the side all grimy n gross n said yes it was not cleaned properly I said n oh srry is ok so unexceptable!!! N they weren't gonna let me cancel my membership cuz I didn't do it rite on the 15th of last month!!! Yea rite I told him I'm Callin the bbb n the inspectors cuz that is just not rite!!!! I've been an avid tanner for years. And my skin has changed as I've gotten older it has been harder for me to maintain a tan, let alone grow a base. The team there was so helpful! They helped me pick out the right tanning products and tan in the appropriate bed and I'm back to getting the tan I was used to in my younger years. They clearly have a great leader with the direction they move towards. It is great to see a small business run so efficiently. read more

Love this tanning salon! Everything here is super up to date and clean! I got tan very fast here when I was trying to get a base tan before my honeymoon. They have great monthly packages too which is always a plus! My favorite was def the stand up... Definitely go here for a fast tan! 8-) read more

I have been tanning at this Unlimited Tan, for awhile and today and recently I have not been happy. The line was not that long today, with one girl working.I waited a good 5 minutes before she even got to me. She did not apologize for the wait. When I got into my bed, I then realized that there was not even a TOWEL in there! Which made me very upset. Also, the music did not work and the headphones were broken! The only reason I did not give it less stars, was because a few weeks ago, I went in there and a girl was working, I believe her name was Tara. She helped me out and was super nice and had a great personality. Something I have not seen at the Lockport location in a long time!! I really hope that she is there more often. read more

Recently I wrote a review not in the favor of this tanning salon, but after being contacted by the owner, I have such a different perspective and have to edit my review. I thought I was overcharged, but it must have been a miscommunication with staff. Eric was extremely friendly and completely resolved and explained the issue to me with a personal phone call. This place is very clean and I have never had to wait for a bed. Only minus 1 star because all level 2 beds are stand up! Other than that, nothing negative about this place. read more

Really clean & everyone is friendly. They usually have some kind of weekly special too if you don't want to purchase a continual membership.

I've gone to Unlimited the pass couple months for spray tans and I just love the results. The bronze works best for me. Two girls there (Sydney and Colleen) are excellent at helping me figure out which spray tan works best or the best deal I can get. They are both super sweet and seem to constantly go out of there way to make me feel comfortable there. I have been to other tanning salons where the ladies are rude and seem to not care if you are satisfied or not. At unlimited the service is what gets me to come back. read more

New to the area from Texas, I have been in search for a tanning salon membership. I checked literally all the tanning salons in Orland Park. I was unsure about driving 15 min away to this salon as there certainly are ones closer to my house but I am so glad I did because Sydney did such a great job giving me a tour, explaining weekly specials, telling me about the beds and how to use them, I immediately got my membership not just because the salon is amazing but because Sydney was. read more

I LOVE this salon!! They are literally 5 minutes from my house, the staff is soo friendly and the place is always so clean. They play great music for you to enjoy while tanning (if not, byom) They are trained to know and do their job very well! My personal fav staff member is Romiro. He's super fabulous and always greets you with a cheerful smile & sometimes even a warm hug (especially if you walk in looking like you need one) and unless your a new client or he can't remember your name (which is very rare!), your info is on the computer before you can fully open the door! They have the best lotions and will actually fill you in on all the impt. information you need to know about btwn the levels of the beds to the lotions and they will recommend the best way for you to achieve the ultimate tan you can get before walking out their doors!! If they try to sell you something totally different than what you were originally planning on buying, it's only cause they know what they're talking about. they aren't like any other salon that tries to sucker you into what you dont want just to make more money (even tho they are NOT working on commission!) I absolutely love Unlimited tan!! The staff are super nice & welcoming as soon as you walk in, the staff takes the time to get to know you & other than the newbies, they have your info ready on the screen before you walk in & just ask you how you're doing & if you wanna do what you did last time. They have more knowledge about the tanning products than ANY other salon i've gone too, Even L.A.TAN!!!! They have the same exact products on the shelves & for much less, their package prices & the discounts you get on lotion/eye wear when you sign up are unbeatable!! I highly recommend this tanning salon for anyone looking for a great friendly & warm environment to tan in with the best prices around! They also have a tanning bed designed specifically for those suffering from Psoriasis, This is the place to tan!! Unfortunately the GM Amy is no longer employed there. I'm going to be completely honest about this place. Really nice, clean, and great beds. I have been a customer for about two years and unfortunately they will lose my business for a recent circumstance that I've encountered with the new general manager there. Loved the old one amy she was very kind and helpful. Anyways i have given this tan salon a lot of business. I have referred many of my friends who still go there. I lost my job recently and i am am currently a full time student in college. I was still signed up with unlimited tan and they charged a monthly amount on my credit card. unfortunately i had to cancel my account, but could not do so because i was far away at school. I had called the salon and told them my circumstance.But the manager told me the only way to cancel my account was to actually walk in and do it personally. I told her i would love to have kept the account but I'm paying for tanning that i cannot use and Im unable to pay these monthly payments due to my job loss, and if there was anyway she can help me. Her reply was "I suggest you find a payment plan or someway to pay". As for this event, i will no longer support a place that would do such a thing. As a general manager, that is very unprofessional. You should at least respect the customers and the business they are giving you. You may have gotten months of tanning charges from me, but i will no longer support this place. I suggest anyone going there that if you open an account, be careful not to go away to college before canceling the account. read more
