So I marked on my calendar May 31 to cancel. I promptly called that day to cancel, & was then told I had to come in to cancel. Seriously? I wasn't in the area & was unable to come in. I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! Made me sad because I really liked this place & planned on using it yearly, but not with poor policies like this. My money will go elsewhere. Tip: Pay in cash so they can't highjack your card.

However, once I got inside, the incredible experience quickly made up for it. The place smelled amazing, and every staff member I encountered was exceptionally kind. I've been searching for a new nail tech due to issues with cleanliness at other salons, and I'm so happy to have found this one. I got a no-chip manicure and was impressed that they didn't charge extra for the cat-eye polish. Most importantly, they took a fresh file out of the package to use, which gave me confidence in their hygiene practices.
