So I marked on my calendar May 31 to cancel. I promptly called that day to cancel, & was then told I had to come in to cancel. Seriously? I wasn't in the area & was unable to come in. I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! Made me sad because I really liked this place & planned on using it yearly, but not with poor policies like this. My money will go elsewhere. Tip: Pay in cash so they can't highjack your card.

The entire experience felt very clean and professional, and the interior is chic and spotless. While there, I asked about facials, and the aesthetician even came in early to accommodate me. The facial was just as great as the manicure. I will definitely return--especially since it's only seven minutes from my house! This is my new go-to spot for nails and self-care.
