Jess was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I literally could've fallen asleep it was so amazing. She was so receptive to any areas I wanted to address and by the end I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to stand up and leave because every muscle felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend the relaxation massage if you're looking for something that isn't heavily pressured and are looking to target various areas of your body! I can't wait to come back here and try out some of their other devices!

I was hopeful with all of these positive reviews but unfortunately I had a very disappointing…read moreexperience here. My mother and I both got the essence of sole treatments and there were a few weird things. The ambiance of the place feels suffocating. The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.

As soon as I walked in, the place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was greeted by my stylist, Leah. She took me to her chair and we discussed what I was looking for. I wanted a partial highlight and a trim. She was very friendly and fun to talk to. The foils/color had a wonderful scent that smelled floral. When she washed my hair, she gave my scalp and neck a great massage. After she blow dried my hair, she gave me a quick trim. The shampoo, conditioner, and products that she used also smelled so good. My hair felt so soft and smelled so good. I was highly satisfied with my service! Can not wait to come back soon!
