The first week was a male employee-very nice and helpful. The next week she went in for her bogo deal after she'd already paid the week before. The female employee demanded she pay even though my daughter explained the situation. She would not listen and was incredibly rude and made her pay. When I called about it, she said she'd call her manager. When I spoke with the manager she said she was just "firm" with her and defended the employee. She did see the mistake and offered a refund. She would not do it over the phone and said we'd need to come back to collect cash for the mistake. This was an inconvenience to drive 15 min there and then back home, so I asked for a refund back for the deal (which would've been a whopping $15. She acted appalled that I'd ask for that for the rudeness and inconvenience of driving back. Then the MANAGER hung up on me. The adult employee shouldn't have been rude to a 16 year old, and a manager should have remedied the situation. Instead, she was equally rude. I don't think this business understands customer service and do not admit when they are at fault.

I've been to many different salons through the years and usually come across snotty staff members that appear that I'm bothering them when I come in. Not here though . I've been with them for over a year and a half and haven't run in to a bad apple yet. The place is always clean including the bathrooms . They also have wet wipes in the bathroom to take off makeup if you choose prior to tanning. They also have specials every so often on their lotions etc. Hours of operation are also good too. All in all I will continue to to go there. :-)

The girls have all been helpful, courteous and informative. They have stand up beds and I have no complaints. The only thing missing from these rooms is a mirror so you can check your hair/face when you walkout. I will be back next spring!

So I marked on my calendar May 31 to cancel. I promptly called that day to cancel, & was then told I had to come in to cancel. Seriously? I wasn't in the area & was unable to come in. I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! Made me sad because I really liked this place & planned on using it yearly, but not with poor policies like this. My money will go elsewhere. Tip: Pay in cash so they can't highjack your card.
