I was referred to UU by a good friend with a GSP who had been to the 3 week board and train, and after observing his angel-like behavior I knew this training program was worth looking into to replicate with my dog. Upon consultation, I was immediately put at ease and Paul took the time to ask all sorts of questions about my 2 y/o yellow lab Murphy and addressed anything I wanted. I could tell he genuinely cared about his behavior, what caused us to seek training, and what motivates Murphy. E-collars get a bad rep, but they explain everything to you in depth and I learned that they are not a punishment, but a reminder that it's time to work, which also involves endless praise and treats so if the owner complies with the methods, it should be a positive experience every time they wear the collar. During the 3 week board and train, the trainers posted about him multiple times a day which delighted his helicopter mom! They also texted me updates and even FaceTimed me during his stay, which was above and beyond-- I have so much appreciation to the trainers for the effort and love they gave my guy. They even asked to keep him an additional 3 days free of charge because he still had some areas to improve. To me, this is a testament it was important that he returned to me better than he came. He has been home 10 days now and is the same happy and goofy boy, but with a solid foundation of obedience. He clearly understands the concept of the collar and reliably follows commands. We were able to go to a brewery and he laid calmly at my feet to my friends' amazement (public behavior is his biggest "issue".) He can heel perfectly at my side walking through the crowded Domain sidewalks. He will sprint to me from across the park when I call and tap the remote. Not to mention that even though his board and train has ended, I've been flooded with messages from his trainers asking about his progress and letting me know how much they miss him there. As long as the humans are bought in to the process after they come home, the dogs will thrive and the bond between you will get even stronger. The training that Unleashed Unlimited provides is top tier and I cannot recommend Paul, Avery, Abby, Josh and the rest of the team enough. This is a lifelong investment that is more than worth it. Thank you so much for ensuring a better life for me and Murphy going forward!

We can confidently take our puppy out in public thanks to the manners she has been taught at Unleashed Unlimited.

Unleashed Unlimited has been a lifesaver for us and our new puppy. The training has been very thorough and has helped to shape our dog into a calmer, more confident, and well adjusted member of our family. Our trainer Avery was extremely patient with all of us in our lessons. She has gone above and beyond our expectations by providing follow up emails that document our instruction and have helped to reinforce best practices for what we have been taught. Our experience at Unleashed Unlimited has been worth every penny spent. And our dog loves playing at doggie daycare, and we know all staff treat her very well and keep her safe and engaged with the other dogs. Avery, Tracey, Josh, Keisha, Paul, and Jalee all deserve special thanks and appreciation for the attention and guidance they have given us.

I want to thank the wonderful staff for their training expertise and flexibility, Coco came home a "new" puppy! I am sure the ice/snow storm at the end of the first week was less than ideal but I appreciate the staffs ability to adapt and care for our dog when we were unable to get to her. I applaud your training techniques and am more than pleased with what she learned in your care. We look forward to group classes and continuing her learning experience! It is truly amazing how different she is now that she is home from board and train.

I am very impressed with Paul and his staff! My Lexi girl started with 5 private one on one classes with Josh and then we moved on to group training classes. Lexi loves going to class and it is fun to watch her learn. I have two other dogs and I wish I would have known years ago about Unleashed Unlimited. My other dogs each went to a different training program. I highly recommend this place because it is well worth your time and money.

Pogo on her placeboard - such focus and discipline thanks to unleashed.

Owners were confused and just zapped away without proper training and guidance, I pulled my dog out immediately. If you truly love your dog, and want to learn proper communication, consider positive reinforcement. The only situation I 'maybe' consider this is a pup with aggressive behavior. The owner does need to be diligent with taking their dog to the trainings (we kind of fell off at the end but it was okay) but as long as you stick with it, your dog will learn new skills and will be better behaved than before. We can literally walk our dog without a leash now, I never thought that would be possible. She will sit in her place when people come over and we are always getting compliments on how good she is. We can do things in the front yard and have her stay in the garage and she won't run after other dogs that walk by or other other people or children. She has learned to stay in her place for as long as we need her to be. It's funny because she was a really wild dog before and now that she's trained everybody loves her. overall the training here was worth it and we are really happy that we did it!

I reached out to Matt for virtual dog training appointments to help us through that, and his guidance and great wisdom around dog psychology and behavior and deep empathy for Ryder and in general made such a huge impact. I learned from Matt how to help Ryder through his fear and trauma and how to recognize when he was experiencing trauma (for example, he developed a new and strong fear of rumbling engines). By applying Matt's empathetic practices, Ryder has become much less fearful, is no longer afraid of rumbling engines or playing with other dogs and he's back to his old happy, playful, super enthusiastic and friendly self!! :) Matt also greatly helped my dog Ellie through the excessive anxiety that resulted from my marital separation and helped us learn what an impact the breaking of that social bond had on her and how to address it! Ok so I don't care what the excuse is ,I have no clue if the dogs are in cages with water or have been able to use the restroom outside their cages for at least 8 1/2 ho I've avoided places like PetSmart foe this same reason . They say oh your pets just fine we have water and we walk them when in fact they don't leave their cage for like 6 hours straight and don't have water bowls either . Even with water sitting in a cage waiting to be groomed from basically 9:00 am to past 5:30 is insane . At this point I'm within reason of being upset to a certain degree . I get they are behind maybe lack help or whatever but damn if you had too many cuts lined up for one day all you had to say was sorry we are booked and left it at that . I appreciate taking my dogs in but don't understand how a small poodle and Shih Tzu take 9 hours to get groomed . Even with doing one dog an hour which i doubt is the case you'd had to have had 15-18 dogs or more all before them if you had two groomers at the least . Even if you had only 12 dogs before them that's way to much do offer to cut in the time you guys open and close . If it's not then why is taking so long?

After several weeks of drugs and Devi coming and talking at the kitchen table, we found she had been dishonest with my husband. For $130.00 each visit and several weeks, I would have expected some kind of training to go on. All we did was talk and put him on meds. I was told I couldn't tell him "No". We got very little else excecpt throwing kibble near him to distract him. We learned how to avoid him and that was all. He is still out of control at times and so drugged at others we can't wake him up. She wanted me to give him foods he was allergic to. She wanted me to give the drugs on a schedule my vet would not recommend. Then she wanted me to change vets. The last visit we asked for training and she said that would be a 6 month journey. That would have cost me $6000.00+ At my request she showed my husband how to work with problems on a walk in that visit. She then recommended we lock the dog out with a gate. I felt that was not the answer to my problems and told her so. She got upset and quit. For several hundred dollars I would have liked to have learned how to at least tell him "No" and maybe behave on a leash.
