They carry video games from most consoles from the past 30 years, the consoles for the games, Lego sets, funko pops, and more! Keep in mind they sell what they get so they might not have every game but I got four N64 games I really wanted! During my visit I saw, Sega Genisis, SNES, N64, PS1, Dreamcast consoles and more! And yeah maybe I paid a few extra dollars on some things but it supports local business and hopefully keeps brick and mortar stores like this around much longer. Sometimes you don't know what you have till it's gone people. Ken the manager was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! Comparing their prices to Amazon or EBay, they seem to be right in line as far was what they're charging. In many cases actually charging less. Give this place a look!

One would think that with the HUGE window displays of M:TG artwork/branding that they would have more to offer than your basic booster packs and card sleeves. The store's customer service met your basic standards: greeted, asked if I needed assistance, wished a good day upon exit. I say it's definitely worth a stop if consoles are your thing.

This place is loaded with musical instruments, they sell CD's and other physical forms of music that have long stopped seeing new prints in a broad way. For movies they have DVD's, VHS and probably any other form of physical media I am not mentioning for movies. On top of that this place is kind of an incense heaven. The selection is huge and there were at least five different spots I found in the store where they had incense sticks. I bought quite a bit and was pleased with finding so many scents I don't normally come across. The atmosphere is quirky to say the least. Not only is their windblowing instruments everywhere, it's loaded with plants and other decor that definitely gives this place a unique signature. And of course the fact that a real parrot was here only enhanced that. And of course we had to swing by and say "hi" to the bird.

First off, I'm the only person, apparently, to notice all the wind instruments in this place, mainly brass instruments. I don't think I've read another review that even mentions the wind instruments. HELLO! The place is packed with them...every shape size and sort. Lots of trumpets, alto/tenor horns (really cool), piccolo trumpets, trombones, valve trombones, tubas, at least one bassoon, and much more. I give it five stars for the instruments. Absolutely dazzling to look at. I asked the "guy" where they source them from and he shot back "all over the world." I plan to go back and buy a trumpet. Great incense section. And yes, the records, cds and tapes. Very impressive. I actually did not see a cat, dog or bird. And I lost part of my smell-o-factory from covid so I didn't smell any pet smells. So why the 4 star review and not a 5 star review? Well, it's an odd place and it is somewhat restricted. You can't browse the wind instruments really because they're in a closed off area. We spent a little over an hour exploring all the different sections. It's a huge store. At front you can see new releases, foreign films, and award movies. Further in there is a whole kids section filled with nostalgic movies. They had a tv show section, films divided by actor/actress starring in them, along with genres like drama, comedy, horror, and more. I love the amount of memorabilia in the space! It was such an inspirational spot to go too. There are so many movies I want to watch now. Everything felt reasonably priced. I also loved the way the store was organized. While we didn't interact with anyone who worked there, overhearing their convos, they seemed so passionate about movie. If I needed anything, I'm sure they would've been super kind and helpful. I loved Movie Madness. This was one of my favorite stops in Portland.

Seaside is (in my opinion) one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast and lounging with a good book is not a bad way to spend the day. Beach Books is pretty large. It's not a single-genre bookstore, so you'll be able to find something here if you forgot your book! They had a sizable kid's section, which was pretty pleasing. I bet they also have books on local (Oregon coast/northern coast) history as well as general Oregon history. I know we'll visit Seaside again, and I'll have to check what events may be taking place. Parking is slim right near the store, but there are public parking lots nearby since folks wander around all the shops and restaurants in this area.
