From the representative, Dinesh, who I initially spoke to; next to the Manager, Dmitry; then to the 3 BIGGEST HELPERS: Jermey + J.L. + Brad. They all made this move super pleasant, and speedy. I was shopping for a moving company and stumbled on this one through Yelp. I did my research, and dealt with Dmitry to finalize the move. He was precise and accurate with his quote which gave me assurance on what the price would be. The 3 movers worked THEIR HARDEST! I can't thank them enough for their great efforts. No complaining whatsoever, they moved it all with no fuss! Even asking where to place everything, and not just throwing it all over the place. In only few short days I am able to arrange move from over 600 miles away. Ray, Jason Felix, Ceaser (movers), and Cheryl (at office) made what could have been a very stressful situation into one that I could be confident in and not stress over. I should add that I called over 35 movers in NJ and that ONLY All Jersey Movers were able to do move without having to do virtual tours which we did not have time for and other such nonsense that would take more time than we had to move belongings of Mother and brother. There was only my 78 year old Mother to meet movers and yet she said she felt safe, protected, and respected at all times by Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser and that these movers went beyond and above professional standards. Before calling for estimates we tried packing our own kitchen-ware, small appliances, closets, artwork, etc., but soon gave up and called three companies for an estimate. After two other bidders had come, Mike Federico, the Freedom rep was so much more professional and knowledgeable in outlining the process and costs and giving references. After calling two references and checking online references we signed with Mike. On moving day the clean, well-dressed crew was a whirlwind setting up the boxes, packing the china and breakables in bubble wrap, cutting up boxes to protect our paintings, bubble wrapping lamps and putting them in heavy cardboard boxes and essentially taking the job out of our slow and inefficient hands and getting a big job done in six hours. They didn't waste time gabbing and moving big heavy furniture was like a well-choreographed dance. Not only were we extremely pleased but they saved us $4,250 in storage charges! They showed up late in a cargo van that couldn't fit our furniture, took 4+ hours to get a bigger truck and pack a small 1 room bedroom, destroyed our furniture in the move, and had 2 guys who were ill equipped to move anything. They lacked moving equipment like bubble or Saran Wrap and one of the guys had slides for the move and couldn't pick up anything heavy so I had to move a lot of the furniture myself.
