Just scan your barcode and keep moving. I came in today because I had got a healthcare and law-enforcement perk to join active and fit which we all know is an amazing discounted rate to join a gym so why not take advantage of something your company offers you to get healthy and have mental stress relief, just to be told your membership was not valid and the person who's trying to help you basically pawn it off on the person next to him and dismisses you the next person who comes in, So finally asked for a manger seems to feel like this was taking to much of there time, Thankfully the manager Carlos is my savior His last name is a little hard to pronounce, but went above. I mean, ladies and gentlemen above and beyond to help figure out why our membership was not being active which I guess as his job but the empathy of my frustration and the hoops jumping to resolve this he watching me igoing back back-and-forth with the front desk, who stated they couldn't help was telling me to take screenshots of what was popping up on the computer for him on their side, but also shown somebody else's behind the screenshot of somebody else's membership and all their personal information I found was very concerning not that I would care to call whomever was behind the digital screen, but I don't know in healthcare we're very private. We don't want anybody to see our information, but I greatly appreciate the management trying to help out after seeing the frustration in the many phone calls trying to figure out why on a Monday when you are fully dressed and ready to enter the gym and you're happy you know you're motivated just for somebody to kill your vibe in your first five seconds of walking in the door. I think they should teach a little bit more of customer service Or some fake it to you make!!! Maybe it was just me maybe the guy has RBF and is having a bad day but I don't know but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. The thing that I love about the place is it has all the equipment I need, has Wi-Fi so I can watch my iPad well I'm "suffering", and is clean. The gym also has a great trainer, Stacey, who has really help me with my balance, Core, and building up my strength. She was very careful not to aggravate arthritis in different parts of my body throughout this whole process. The next outstanding part is the price. Very reasonable and open literally 24 hours. What I don't understand is why more people don't take advantage of this, an inexpensive way to stay in great shape.

I joined after reading reviews and receiving local recommendations. While I've only been a member for two months, I can tell this gym will make a difference. After having experienced a gym or two (or ten) in my time, this is a totally different and individualized experience. To ensure i get off to a good start, and to make myself accountable, I engaged Ben (owner) for training, and he is great. Ben "meets you where you are" and doesn't use a one size fits all approach to training. No two sessions are the same, not to say there is repetition so that I can learn, but he is really trying to learn about my and my capabilities. He also takes the extra effort, on days that I go to the gym without scheduling training, to have a routine written out on white board for me to follow - and even those are unique sessions. I can tell that this gym, and Ben's training will make a difference in my longterm health! Still working up the courage to join the "boot camp" classes, but even those have participants of all levels and each exercise is adjustable to your ability.

Treadmills are beyond dated. 6. The cable machines are rusted and barely glide, and several of the dumbbells are missing or mismatched. The squat rack is constantly occupied because there's only one, and the padding on the bench press is torn and uncomfortable. For the price they charge, this level of neglect is unacceptable.

We have been coming to Premier Fitness for almost a year a now and for the first time since my early years I feel at home again. The staff is consistent, freindly and helpful. The owner Derek is hands on and very involved in his establishment. He has a huge selection of equipement, many squat racks, cardio equipment, dumbells for beginners to bodybuilders/power lifters, cable machines....you name it. The members are great also, as a female I have never felt intimidated, out of place or uncomfortable by any person here. The gal that works the morning shift is busy non stop. She is always cleaning, vacuming and disinfecting the gym every morning. Never hangining out on her phone or MIA like most gyms's front counter staff. Another bonus to this gym is Nutrishop is located right inside!!! Anyone else a huge fan of convenience? You can stop by and get all your supplements on your way out or if you need a quick pick me up you can grab a cold sports/energy drink in the cooler for a fair price. The womens locker room is large and spacious, do bring your own lock if you will need to use the day lockers. The only suggustion I could make would be to tack up the celing covering that is falling down above the cardio, I am sure this is on Derek's to-do list as I always see him moving around working on things. I even liked the music she chose which was a sort of EDM/country mashup, and that is saying something because I generally dislike country. And she actually said during the class that she was trying something new and doesn't usually do country and probably wouldn't again. But! It was surprisingly good. The studio was also very clean. It is one of the studios that if you don't have the upgraded-studio type of membership that some locations have, you have to pay the $10 extra fee. They had a small selection of things like spray, deodorant, tampons, makeup remover cotton pads, the standard shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower... Speaking of the shower, it was such an amazing shower. Their water pressure is incredible and felt so good after the workout. The studio itself felt really spacious. They have 16 stations (whereas my home studio has 14) and it seemed like I had plenty of room on the floor, and there was a little more space between the rollers, then at my home studio, which was really nice.

I couldn't have been more wrong. Almost a year later, I've hardly missed a workout unless work or travel got in the way. The workouts are always different, you choose the weights that are right for you, and there's zero judgment. If you're struggling, someone is always there to encourage you or lend a hand. I go to the 5:15 a.m. class, and while we're not exactly talkative that early, everyone looks out for each other. Even the strongest people are the first to cheer you on.
