I stated, "Look, man. I'm just trying to ship a package. That's all I need to do." (I had my shipment, packed, labeled clearly with the address on the box! All of the information was there right in front of them.) I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to ship this package so I simply grabbed my package and said, "I think I'll go to an actual UPS store to make sure it's done right.
