There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

The TV ended up slightly crooked, the mount wasn't positioned at the ideal viewing angle despite our earlier discussion, and the cables were left exposed instead of being neatly concealed as we had expected. There was little effort to ensure everything looked clean or professionally finished. To make matters worse, the technician hurried through the job and left without properly explaining the setup or checking that everything was working correctly.
