At no point did either presenter cite their professional credentials, nor are any verifiable designations listed on their website. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the material presented. The venue--a community room at the local library--was poorly maintained. We were forced to relocate due to visibly dirty tables and stained surfaces. The acoustics were equally problematic: excessive echo and ambient noise severely undermined any attempt at meaningful communication. It's unclear why MLFS couldn't secure a venue that meets basic health and presentation standards--such as a clean, carpeted hotel conference room with proper sound insulation and equipment. Victoria encouraged attendees to grab snacks as the session approached lunchtime, triggering a chorus of crinkling bags and chewing that further disrupted the already fractured delivery. Overall, this seminar failed on every metric: content quality, presenter skill, venue hygiene, and professional credibility.
