Move ahead to a couple of weeks ago I called to inquire about the renters policy, was told it could be issued and asked the agent I want it but not until the 15th of the month due to strict budgeting, the agent pushed it through anyways without my consent. I was unable to move things around so the payment was returned causing my bank to charge me a high fee. A few days later said agent called and said payment didn't go through and I needed to pay another fee to them, to top it off said agent was aggressive and told me it was my fault this happened and not hers. I was able to call corporate filed a complaint that was found justified and they waived the fee imposed, they were unable to do anything about my bank fee though. I also was able to change agents to a different office. I don't know if this was an isolated incident or if it happens often but I would suggest avoiding it all together and not go to this agent.

I've only had a policy with the company for a month and this was my very first interaction with the employees in person. I called ahead of time to make a payment over the phone and was told I wouldn't get a transaction fee for in person so I go in person to be told I still have to pay and $18 transaction fee. I was being helped my the man but the WOMAN aka the banshee, kept chirping behind me and talking down to me, when I said I was going to Yelp about the situation she told me I'd be putting her job in jeopardy bc it's only them there and then proceeded to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME AT ALL. The banshee kept interjecting as this is a small office I definitely felt cornered and attacked. I kept needing to make changes in the beginning and I'm sure Debbie hated me at some point!
