The owner (?) was knowledgeable about their stock and quoted me prices that matched exactly what I was looking for -- more than fair. When I visited them, they were super friendly and helpful, and I quickly found what I wanted, and was able to check its battery life and unlocked status, examine the body for any damage, and verify that it was in excellent shape with OEM parts. What's more, they included some OEM accessories and phone protection which really made this feel like a superb deal and experience. I would 100% go to them again for tech needs.

Well, apparently that's not how it works anymore. Now you have to register it online, file a claim, and wait for them to ship you a new one. That's pretty ridiculous, especially considering these screen protectors cost about twice as much as the ones at Walmart. If I had known I couldn't just walk into the store for a replacement like they told me, I would've saved my money and bought one at Walmart. I hate when you're told one thing at the time of purchase, only to find out later the process is completely different. It just feels like another way to get people to spend more money.
