From the very beginning, Carla was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She spent nearly 40 minutes working with me to make sure everything was resolved properly. At one point, I accidentally disconnected the call, but to my surprise, she called me back and continued helping me without missing a beat. What stood out most was her dedication and genuine willingness to help. She guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before ending the call. Her positive attitude, excellent knowledge, and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one.
