Pizazz is much more than flowers they bring in local gifts, seasonal products, cute stuffed animals like jelly cats so many amazing candles, and of course, a full line of balloons. I am from Windsor, Ont and have never seen flowers placed in a wet sponge block, and I have ordered my fair share of flowers in Windsor and they just wrap the flowers, no block. I was so impressed. I did not get the woman's name that helped me, but I am sure she will remember me if she reads this post. I took the flowers up to a nursing home for a beloved one. I had so many compliments on the bouquet, I was asked by so many people where I got them... I said Stan's flowers! thank you for your awesome service. And it was very well affordable! Her's was available but mine was not. At checkout, I explained what happened to the clerk/manager (not sure which he was). In addition to explaining that they would have replaced them for free if I would have brought them in (I had just thrown them away), he offered to have his regional manager bring one from another store. He took my info and said he would call when it was there. A couple of days later, the store called and I picked up my new mug. Not only did he do what he said, but he was super friendly and helpful. THAT is great customer service. Additionally, the store always has unique items at reasonable prices. Definitely a great place to shop!
