The manager was dismissive and rude. I had not been there for awhile and then I remembered why. He is always aloof and pretentious. I will drive to Ridgetown like I did when Lucky Lady advertised their sale on Sketchers. They treated me so well by showing me different styles and colours. The drive was well worth it.

One visit I was asking about a specific Birkenstock shoes which they didn't have. Instead of offering to order the shoes for me, they told me that I should order directly from the Birkenstock website. Today I entered the store to look at the Oofos brand of shoes and two female employees were standing near the front counter, no customers in sight. I had to make eye contact with them and say "hi there, how are you today" or they would have continued on with the conversation that I was apparently interrupting. I was then never asked if I needed any help, but instead had to ask whether they had additional sizes that I might be able to try on. Needless to say, I left the store without any shoes and will NEVER set foot in that store again. When you are a small business in a small town, you should be doing everything possible to help customers.

Has your standard departments too - Clothing for ladies/men/children. Some sports clothing too. Baggage and handbags, toiletries, shoes, housewares including bedding and some small furniture and decorative items. Some specialty food / teas, etc. Nice staff and free parking. Along with the standard Winners' discounts on items - what's not to like?!!

They have reduced the floor space from what…read moreit was a few years back (Rekindle coffee is taking up some of the original space (and well worth it). Great selection of sweaters, coats, boots, handbags, some tops, pants, skirts, dresses and even holiday wear. They have a number of accessories too including costume jewelry, scarves and more. Quality looking pieces! Attached to Glasshouse Nursery - parking is on site.
