Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE service, I was waiting for a letter to be delivered and signed for, I sat home ALL day and waited on this delivery, someone put a pink slip on my door saying I wasn't home, I had to reschedule for the next day, I waited until 345pm and still nothing, I checked the website that I rescheduled the delivery on and it says I REFUSED delivery and the letter was returned to sender ... now I have to wait for it to be returned to the sender, it will be held for 30 days and then returned to me and I can try again. NOTHING and I mean Nothing it seems can be trusted where the post office is concerned. Customer service is not for everyone, I get that but quit if you dont like it and do something else, WE should not have to be the recipients of your hatred towards your job. read more

If only Yelp let you rate this particular location a half a star. Yes, the clerks accepts your package but the customer service and dismissive attitude's are ridiculous. This review is based on an incident that could of been rectified in the store if only clerk 03 was more attentive to his duties. I mailed some perishables items in 2 flat rate boxes that were evident but was charged a price by weight instead.. I even questioned the clerk and his response was condescending. We all make mistakes that we can learn from but he chose not to acknowledge the idea.I chose to escalate the manner with the 800 number instead for I know my own attitude. The agents at 800-222-1811 are extremely polite, professional and informative. Shout out to the ladies that assisted me with this manner!! The good news that the items are in the mail to spread cheer. The bad news is that I have to wait for the persons to receive the item, ask for a picture of the box, return to the post office and then work on my refund of the difference as per the supervisor at this location. This review would hopefully highlights the fact that this location needs to be more rigorous on who they choose for clerks. Training, training, training! The USPS is a customer service based business so choose your employees wisely. If you have to mail a letter use the drop box but for any other matter or to be treated with respect I suggest driving to another location. I would rather dealt with an automated machine. I had a package delivered to the post office in Schertz, Texas. I received tracking (via Amazon) that it was delivered. I contacted the recipient to make certain that they received it...but there was no package or parcel slip. This morning, I've tried calling the post office more than 15 times using the local telephone number from the USPS website. I am then "transferred to the operator" -- but no one EVER answers. Apparently, no one answers the phone at this little post office regardless of whether you call in the morning or afternoon or any time in-between. Unfortunately, this is a trend with many post offices nowadays. I am so upset that I lodged a complaint with the Postmaster General. This is terrible customer service. read more

The absolute most rude people working the counter at this location and has not improved in a couple years or more. I've witnessed a mentally challenged couple be berated up one side and down the other for coming in too to check on a package! I didn't stand for it, had my say and never went back! I recieved my package...all items broken. Package was clearly marked FRAGILE All OVER the box. This is the fourth time in six months of horrible service. Worse post office I have ever had to deal with. Mail is often delivered to the wrong address OR packages are delivered to the wrong box with no key. More than once have we seen or had to ask them to come open each box to find a missing package. At the office - not any better. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. And only the female there seems to know how to do any thing. She hears the other workers giving wrong advice or not knowing what to do and is constantly taking their customers until she's the only one doing anything. Need the post master? Good luck! They never answer messages left and never are there to talk to in person. You have a better chance waiting at your mail boxes to catch the mail carrier to resolve an issue yourself. But better watch your complaints - or they may decide not to help you at all! Need the direct line to contact them? Don't bother! You can spend an hour or more on hold with the 877 number they have on Google maps and not get much help either. read more

I called Monday to talk with the head person at the facility. The lady took my name and number and was going to have him call me back. Well I did it again on Tuesday as no one ever called and gave the same information. Well no one called again. I have tried calling 10-15 times on Wednesday, and 5 times so far this morning Thursday, no one is picking up the phone. I have this continuous issue that mail coming from this location has come to my mailbox tampered.Slit as if they have a mail person with anger management issues. I have a few photo's. Also, since they let the regular mailman go this has started, before was a non issue. I get sometimes handful of mail that is not only with wrong address but wrong name, some completely off. I had one mail with my address correct they decided to put bold font on as if angry and it was tampered with. My concern is if my mail is going to other mailboxes,it is a security issue of mail fraud. Is bad enough they broke into the mailboxes where I live and no one has bothered to fix them months later. Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong mailbox. I put mail in the mailbox, put the red flag up and the mail is never taken out of the box, the new mail is placed on top of the letter that I need to be picked up. Not sure how that can happen. I had medications that were delivered to me but I never got them. Wonder where they went??? Last week (4-18) I had a 2-day priority that was to be delivered. I tracked the tracking number and that last message was that it was 'out for delivery'. Well, guess what? I never received it. Incidentally that same day I received someone else's mail that lives 2 doors down. My neighbor received someone else's mail that lived 2 doors down from him. It has been a week now and still no 2-day priority. I've talked with the supervisor, the postmaster. 'They are making it their priority'. I've called them 3 times today and no one has answered. Customer service is lacking, inefficiency with mail delivery on a scale of 1-10 is about an 8. How hard is it to deliver mail? Maybe if the trucks wouldn't drive so fast through the neighborhood and a little more time was taken to make sure the right mail is in the mailbox some of these errors would not be happening. This post office is embarassing. Customer service is ATROCIOUS! This post office is set up for a community of 5,000-10,000 people max, it may have worked 25 years ago, but today it simply understaffed and severely underperforming! The staff is unfriendly and under trained, the lines are long and barely move, and the parking is ridiculous. Please....someone....help this place!! The Pony Express was more efficient!! read more
