Great experience at the Post Office in Schertz! The staff were friendly, and efficient, and they made the entire shipping process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great customer service. read more

Absolutely horrible.!! Worst USPS I've been too. The guy working at the front desk apparently is named "E" and he is obviously very unhappy there. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. He acts like he doesn't want to help anyone so I don't even why they have him at the front desk. He should honestly be fired for how rude he is to every customer. Literally said something rude/unprofessional to every customer before me and to me.!! This place will fail as long as he's still working there.!! Will never go back and honestly to others reading this, don't waste your time being put through a horrible service like this.!! Never recommend to anyone.!! read more

Always understaffed. Do not come at opening or closing, you'll regret it. Best times are when you know people are busy with other stuff. Employees are nice enough. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Jesse was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made the entire situation frustrating from start to finish. There was no effort to help, no courtesy, and honestly it felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. Completely unacceptable. read more

Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE service, I was waiting for a letter to be delivered and signed for, I sat home ALL day and waited on this delivery, someone put a pink slip on my door saying I wasn't home, I had to reschedule for the next day, I waited until 345pm and still nothing, I checked the website that I rescheduled the delivery on and it says I REFUSED delivery and the letter was returned to sender ... now I have to wait for it to be returned to the sender, it will be held for 30 days and then returned to me and I can try again. NOTHING and I mean Nothing it seems can be trusted where the post office is concerned. Customer service is not for everyone, I get that but quit if you dont like it and do something else, WE should not have to be the recipients of your hatred towards your job. read more

It appears that the employees there are not happy. They don't smile they're not very nice. I don't really like going there unless I really have to sorry read more

Only go here if you enjoy being treated with disrespect and condescension. Unbelievable. Everything about the Schertz area is very welcoming to new residents except this place. Just another example of why the US Postal "Service" (oh! the irony!!!) is dying. Find M-o-n-i-q-u-e if you enjoy the ultimate in unhelpful, haughty, dismissive attitude and annoyed "service." She even kindly offered to write her name down for me when I looked at her name tag. Yup. Best of luck lady in the real world outside the USPS... read more

If only Yelp let you rate this particular location a half a star. Yes, the clerks accepts your package but the customer service and dismissive attitude's are ridiculous. This review is based on an incident that could of been rectified in the store if only clerk 03 was more attentive to his duties. I mailed some perishables items in 2 flat rate boxes that were evident but was charged a price by weight instead.. I even questioned the clerk and his response was condescending. We all make mistakes that we can learn from but he chose not to acknowledge the idea.I chose to escalate the manner with the 800 number instead for I know my own attitude. The agents at 800-222-1811 are extremely polite, professional and informative. Shout out to the ladies that assisted me with this manner!! The good news that the items are in the mail to spread cheer. The bad news is that I have to wait for the persons to receive the item, ask for a picture of the box, return to the post office and then work on my refund of the difference as per the supervisor at this location. This review would hopefully highlights the fact that this location needs to be more rigorous on who they choose for clerks. Training, training, training! The USPS is a customer service based business so choose your employees wisely. If you have to mail a letter use the drop box but for any other matter or to be treated with respect I suggest driving to another location. I would rather dealt with an automated machine. Although this situation should not be where it is it did not ruin my day. :) read more

Dropped by to mail a few packages. My first visit to this post office. What a great experience! Parking is easy and up close. As I entered I was greeted and there was no line. There were 3 employees and the one that assisted me was friendly and helpful. Great experience! I will return. read more

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. There were a few people when I arrived but they moved through very quickly.

Purchased home; went to post office 3 times to simply pick up key to mailbox. I was told that key will be dropped off next day, second attempt the driver has key and will drop off next day, 3rd attempt for key, driver was off and I would need to wait till driver returns back. Am I the only one that thinks there is something wrong with this manag read more

I had a package delivered to the post office in Schertz, Texas. I received tracking (via Amazon) that it was delivered. I contacted the recipient to make certain that they received it...but there was no package or parcel slip. This morning, I've tried calling the post office more than 15 times using the local telephone number from the USPS website. I am then "transferred to the operator" -- but no one EVER answers. Apparently, no one answers the phone at this little post office regardless of whether you call in the morning or afternoon or any time in-between. Unfortunately, this is a trend with many post offices nowadays. I am so upset that I lodged a complaint with the Postmaster General. This is terrible customer service. read more

The absolute most rude people working the counter at this location and has not improved in a couple years or more. I've witnessed a mentally challenged couple be berated up one side and down the other for coming in too to check on a package! I didn't stand for it, had my say and never went back! My son went today to get help with a label and was refused. My business goes to Universal City from now on, they still know how to properly treat people and are always helpful and kind!! read more

Wow! Joseph was very professional and genuinely cared about giving each person the highest level of service. He asks and responds with so much enthusiasm even though he might get the same question over and over. I recieved my package...all items broken. Package was clearly marked FRAGILE All OVER the box. This is the fourth time in six months of horrible service. Two other incidences of lost mail and one other damaged item. I've given up filing claims. Waste of time. Worst post service ever. Customer service is awful. They try to put accountability on you to avoid blame. I wish there was a "no star" rating. read more

Every time I get a package, it is tampered with. When I get letters that appear to be a payment, they always have a slit in them. I have lived in third world countries with better mail service. read more

I just came back home from there. I have a certified letter I need to pick. It's hard to do when none of lazy bastards in the back will answer the Belk or knocking. I waited five minutes then left. They guy up front would do absolutely nothing yp assist me. Pretty worthless all around. read more

Worse post office I have ever had to deal with. Mail is often delivered to the wrong address OR packages are delivered to the wrong box with no key. More than once have we seen or had to ask them to come open each box to find a missing package. At the office - not any better. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. And only the female there seems to know how to do any thing. She hears the other workers giving wrong advice or not knowing what to do and is constantly taking their customers until she's the only one doing anything. Need the post master? Good luck! They never answer messages left and never are there to talk to in person. You have a better chance waiting at your mail boxes to catch the mail carrier to resolve an issue yourself. But better watch your complaints - or they may decide not to help you at all! Need the direct line to contact them? Don't bother! You can spend an hour or more on hold with the 877 number they have on Google maps and not get much help either. read more

I called Monday to talk with the head person at the facility. The lady took my name and number and was going to have him call me back. Well I did it again on Tuesday as no one ever called and gave the same information. Well no one called again. I have tried calling 10-15 times on Wednesday, and 5 times so far this morning Thursday, no one is picking up the phone. I am not sure who is running this facility, but their customer service needs a lot of work. I am very dis pleased with the lack of concern for me the customer. Please have someone call me ASAP. Thanks, Louis 210-370-9840 read more

Absolute garbage. If I had a choice I'd make sure they'd never touch another package of mine again.

Worst customer service ever! I went to pick up a package during lunch and was "helped" by Tonya. She had me waiting at the front counter for almost 30 minutes "searching for my package" in the back. After asking another representative what was taking so long, he said she had actually left out the back (presumably to lunch). Hope the Mickey D's was worth this bad review Tonya! read more

I have this continuous issue that mail coming from this location has come to my mailbox tampered.Slit as if they have a mail person with anger management issues. I have a few photo's. Also, since they let the regular mailman go this has started, before was a non issue. I get sometimes handful of mail that is not only with wrong address but wrong name, some completely off. I had one mail with my address correct they decided to put bold font on as if angry and it was tampered with. My concern is if my mail is going to other mailboxes,it is a security issue of mail fraud. Is bad enough they broke into the mailboxes where I live and no one has bothered to fix them months later. This is not a joke, these are real peoples lives that are effected by this.78154 area code- off 1518 ( 5-29-2019) read more

Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong mailbox. I put mail in the mailbox, put the red flag up and the mail is never taken out of the box, the new mail is placed on top of the letter that I need to be picked up. Not sure how that can happen. I had medications that were delivered to me but I never got them. Wonder where they went??? Last week (4-18) I had a 2-day priority that was to be delivered. I tracked the tracking number and that last message was that it was 'out for delivery'. Well, guess what? I never received it. Incidentally that same day I received someone else's mail that lives 2 doors down. My neighbor received someone else's mail that lived 2 doors down from him. It has been a week now and still no 2-day priority. I've talked with the supervisor, the postmaster. 'They are making it their priority'. I've called them 3 times today and no one has answered. Customer service is lacking, inefficiency with mail delivery on a scale of 1-10 is about an 8. How hard is it to deliver mail? Maybe if the trucks wouldn't drive so fast through the neighborhood and a little more time was taken to make sure the right mail is in the mailbox some of these errors would not be happening. Maybe some retraining is indicated. If I did my job half ass I would be fired.... read more

This post office is embarassing. Customer service is ATROCIOUS! This post office is set up for a community of 5,000-10,000 people max, it may have worked 25 years ago, but today it simply understaffed and severely underperforming! The staff is unfriendly and under trained, the lines are long and barely move, and the parking is ridiculous. Please....someone....help this place!! The Pony Express was more efficient!! read more
