NOTHING and I mean Nothing it seems can be trusted where the post office is concerned. Customer service is not for everyone, I get that but quit if you dont like it and do something else, WE should not have to be the recipients of your hatred towards your job.

Pro: they have a parcel drop drawer that wasn't full and it's one of the few locations around…read moredowntown that 1) even has a parcel lock drawer and 2) has 24/7 lobby access. It's also the only post office I've ever been to with package pickup lockers. Con: they did not complete an origin scan and the package moved between 2 post offices before it had an in chain of custody scan status. As a marketplace seller this directly impacts our late shipment metric as to the system it looks like it was dropped off late even though I understand what happened because the zip code under this scan was not the zip code of this post office. Again the seller systems don't have any way of knowing this so we still get dinged for it.

When I arrived, it felt pretty warm like their air condition had just broken down. The people that…read morework there had fans on them though and when I was working with them, the fans made it really nice and cool for them so that's good because they have to work there all day. I went to certify mail something and keep in mind that they don't help you complete the paperwork, you have to fill all of that out yourself before you go up to the counter. Try to do your homework before so you're not standing in line just to be told about the paperwork you need to do. You'll lose your place in line so that you can fill the paperwork out on one of the tables. If you want to certify mail something there's one piece of paperwork for that and if you want a return signature, that's an extra piece of paperwork that will get taped to your letter. Also, don't forget to bring the envelope that you want to send your letter in or you'll need to buy one from there. Altogether to mail a check locally it came out to around $11 dollars. It was worth it to me to not have to see the people the check was going to again. I don't know if there's a good time to go to this location because it seems to be busy no matter what time of day I've gone. So just go when you have time and roll the dice on how long you'll have to wait. With that said, even when I've been in a long line it's moved fairly quickly.

I've had several issues over the years and he's the one person that refuses to right the mistakes his employees have made. He takes no responsibility for anything and instead puts the blame on his employees and customers. Also, don't count on your mail actually being held during your vacations, every single time I've put a hold on my mail- I've had to call from wherever I'm at and tell them to go pick up packages that they've delivered.

Stumbled upon this gem USPS while looking up USPS in the vicinity due to my occasional long and…read morearduous work schedules. Initially I was in doubt, thinking that there is no way a USPS is open until 22:00 or on both Saturdays and Sundays but I really needed to mail my shipment on time so I drove here to check it out. As I arrived, I realized that the rumors are true! They are not only open until 22:00 and are open on weekends as well. I'd especially like to recommend Gregory, who was the friendly, efficient and accommodating USPS agent who helped me out. It is rare to see someone who is optimistic, efficient and happy when working this late. Bravo, Greg! Because of the Greg, friendly and efficient staff members, plus the convenient opening hours including evening and weekends, I will definitely be coming back to this particular USPS in the future even if I had to drive much further.
