I really don't even know "what could improve".. really everything. There's like one person working and you have to ring a bell to talk to anyone (and wait a good 2-3 minutes before someone appears). It's a pretty dirty place that looks half abandoned. Just go to the next closest post office -- it'll be cleaner and you'll be able to actually buy postage/mail stuff out. read more

Went in trying to ship two envelopes, had to ring the bell for assistance since there was nothing or anyone as I walk in. No packages or stamps. Mail is always lost & packages are marked as delivered. They claimed to have sentinel back to the sender and the sender is saying nothing, never received it. They will get 2 stars only because of customer service. They are polite, but can only do what they can do. read more

Perfect example of "government does nothing well". While the individuals are nice enough, the place is a shining example of incompetence and the are minimum effort. Most recent example? Package not delivered yesterday, but it says "out for delivery" again on the tracking today. I waited for the postman to resolver today, but he didn't have the package today. It's held for pickup. Unfortunately, he didn't come by until 4:57. I have been home waiting for 2 hours. This means that, by the time I can possibly find out that the tracking is wrong, I have less than 3 minutes to get to the post office -which is not possible. Keep in mind, this is just the latest example of postal incompetence to the point of negligence. To USPS: For the love of God, at least change your motto to reflect how little you care! As it stands, it's suck a perverse joke that it simply highlights how much y'all don't care and what a disappointment the current iteration would be to your forefathers. read more

Received a certified letter on my door that required a signature. Tried scanning the QR Code to set up redelivery, but none of the drop down menu choices would let you pick under Steps 2 and 3. Ended up calling the 800-275-8777 number provided on the back of the slip to set up redelivery. Received a confirmation number and signed up for text messages. Parcel was never redelivered on the date I specified and has been sent back to the Sender. After calling the number listed above to find out what happened, she could not even see the request for redelivery until I provided the confirmation number in the system, so what good does it do to go through the website if it is not working effectively!! read more

The lady at the window is absolutely rude. She is knowledgeable but rude and incompetent. Been waiting for my mailbox key for over 3 weeks. And she says that my form got lost somewhere that i need to refill it again . I asked for my mail and apparently I needed to fill a form to hold mail which i have never had to do in any other post office. I asked her why didn't she mentioned that when i fill the form and she laughed in my face saying that she didn't need to disclose that. I call and nobody answer the phone. Been waiting over three weeks for my mail and my key doesn't work. The staff are rude and incompetent.

We moved to an area where we unfortunately have to deal with this post office. I can't speak for all employees here, but on August 31 in the afternoon, we went in with our closing disclosure. We encountered the most useless, dismissive, beyond rude man that I have ever encountered in a business setting. Yesterday I attempted to return a call that I received and there was no answer. I sincerely hope that getting our keys to the cluster is the only need we ever have to go to this location. read more

they literally never answer the phone and it's beyond ridiculous. the lady who works the counter is very knowledgeable, but she's a bit rude. keep in mind this is not a retail post office. you can only mail out if your postage is already paid and applied. read more

This place makes my skin crawl! After moving to the new zip code area I had to change post offices! I've been waiting on a post office box key for over three weeks... I went in to ask in regard to the keys location, and to get my mail they should be holding. I had picked up my mail there before like they said I would have to before the key arrived. *side note* ( while picking up my mail on hold they gave me other peoples mail with a completely different address... I could be mistaken but I'm pretty sure opening someone else's mail is a felony crime... ) Anyways.. they told me I had no mail, and they didn't know where my key was. I informed the man I had email updates telling me my mail was delivered from USPS... after showing him he told me the carrier must have put it in the box... after the carrier had been told multiple times we were waiting on a key and our mail was to be held at the post office. I told him I really just needed an update on my key which he couldn't provide! I'll be returning to speak with the manager on duty to hopefully get this issue resolved! I shouldn't be worried about government and financial documents being handled by our postal service! Especially when there are so many federal regulations on mail... this post office needs to be looked into for negligence. read more

I once worked at this station. They routinely ignore the phones so bother calling. The managers' office has a revolving door. There is no continuity. Everything is micro-managed. So, don't scream at the carrier or clerk when they can't help you. They answers all come from the top. And watch your mail, they will lose it and you will need to use much of you presious time to find it. If this is your post office good luck. Better off paying a few extra cents or dollars for good service at UPS. read more

This is the worst post office i've ever been too. All the employees are rude and act like we are just a inconvenience to them. We had a package being delivered but they didn't even come to our door so they said it was vacant and are sending it back to the sender, without even coming to our front door & attempting. They don't answer the phones when we call. And not to mention, our mailman is not friendly or nice either. Wish there was a corporate number i could call and file a complaint with. Avoid this "post office" at all costs. They deserve ZERO stars! read more

I called the PO Branch Office on 11119 Lanark Dr. twice and it rang I am guessing 8 or 10 Times then hung up I redialed and went through the same procedure and someone picked up then hung up I called back a 3 rd. time a it rang several times and went dead then I called THE 800 number and was finally put on hold an the recording stated please hold "your called will ab answered between 32 and 45 minutes so I am waiting and they keep wanting me to take "some survey about my experience " and I clue you... This is not a post office! Do not attempt to go here if you want actual postal service other than to place item in mail. Less than helpful staff. This should be advertised as a drop off only site. This place does NOT let you mail anything out. When I got to the front (30 minutes waiting in line and there were only 2 people in front of me) the lady said she doesn't sell postage???? How can you not mail stuff out at a postal office? Waste of my time. Do not recommend coming here. read more

Sure, it may look a little sketchy when you walk in but the staff compensates for the eerie appearance. My package has been in limbo for almost a month and they assisted with finding out what happened to it and where it may be. She gave me instruction on what the next best steps would be and was helpful beyond my expectations. read more
