Photo only…read more Waited at passport window and waited past my appointment time so I went to main line for postal services only to be told that their camera was broken and then asked if I had photos of my own and copies of my bc and dl which I did not since I figured this was a business and that they have copy machines here and it didn't state that I needed to bring my own for my appointnent on their website. The facility is clean, and they had tape in the waiting line to secure your boxes. The staff member who helped me was friendly. They had holiday music playing in the background and holiday gift wrapping items too! The parking lot is extremely spacious and free. As a heads up, I would expect to wait in line about 10 minutes!
