This is my go to post office. I will go out of way to come to this location. I love the customer service and how quick the employees are. There can be a line at times but this location does a great job at trying their best to help everyone with what they need. And their patience is appreciated. Recently went and luckily no line but just talking to the workers is nice because they are so genuine. read more

customer service is no good. when I got up to the desk to return my package, the man told me it had to be taped, I'm 20 years old. I was unaware. I have literally never returned something before. I asked if I had to buy tape and got a snarky remark. The box I'm returning it and I guess has a symbol on it for flammable liquid, which is not allowed? It's just a box I got from work, I'm returning t-shirts. He said he could put the shipping label over the label. That way I could still use the box. When I stood in line again after taking my box and spending three dollars on three strips of tape I met a new lady and she told me to I told her the situation employee(she was standing right there) and she told me no I had to buy a new box. Tone was super shitty. Would not recommend going here. Paid $3 for tape for a box i am not allowed to use? read more

My father had tried to ship a package out of state to a relative last Monday only for the package to ship back to our house. Today, he tried to dispute it and figure out how that happened only to be met with a very defensive worker and supervisor. The shipping label he had made had our relatives address on top in large font size as well as our address in smaller font size below it. For example: TO: Relative Address From: Our address He was asking why it wasn't shipped out correctly (when our relatives address was clearly in larger font) of course it would be common sense to look at the address out of state, the worker getting defensive, tired to reason out why it was his fault it got shipped back to our house. Their pitiful response was "The address should've been at the bottom". Then he was met with a very bull headed supervisor that wasn't understanding of the situation and was continuously pointing the fingers back to my father. Even though they got it all figured out, the service has given me a bad feeling about returning to this location. read more

I planned to just use the self-service machine in the lobby but was pleasantly surprised to see that there was almost no wait for the regular counter, even though we're relatively close to Xmas. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service I received. read more

If you need to drop off a letter and don't want to get out of your car, this place has plenty of outdoor blue boxes. I like that. I hate the post office at De Zavala which only has one, and it fills up by lunchtime. read more

I very much enjoy using this post office for my mailing needs. First, I love the fact that they have one of those automated machines. I can just walk in, weigh my package, do everything touchscreen on the machine and walk out. And, the times that I have to wait in line have gone smoothly. The employees at this particular post office are very friendly, and efficient. There is also someone, I'm assuming it's the manager, who comes out if there's a crowd. He comes out from the back, and tries to expedite things for the people waiting in line. He asks those standing in line what they need, so he can possibly better serve them, and have the line move even more efficiently. Some post offices are as bad as the DMV. You will never dread going to this location. It's fast and efficient. read more

Tried calling and phone was answered 3 times and just shuffled around then hung up. After that it would ring and go to busy signal.

I have had a post office box here for twelve years and prepay months in advance. Today I went to pick up Christmas packages that arrived yesterday and my box was locked. After waiting in line, a manager came out and told me my box had been locked BY MISTAKE. It was supposed to be the one above mine. They sent back all my CHRISTMAS gifts to the senders saying there was no forwarding address. I am so upset. They accepted no responsibility for their mistake and now I am trying to contact all the companies I ordered from to see if I can get my gift for kids back before Christmas. We also have no idea how much mail was sent back and it's a very uneasy feeling. Last year I got a "pickup receipt" for one item that showed it had been delivered to my box . For eleven days, I stood in line only to be told each day that it wasn't there. Finally on the thirteenth day, a postal employee found it and told me it had been sitting on their floor for two weeks. She said everyone just kept pushing it out of the way. This is UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Marvelous location! My actual post office is the De Zavala location; however, we ALL know that traffic. It is a VERY small location, so there might be a tiny weight but worth it. The staff is VERY polite and assisted me with packaging materials and even gave me ideas to save money on shipping! I will always visit this location to save TIME & MONEY! read more

Terrible service.. I do a lot of business with this post office because my office is close by and I've never had a good experience. Today was the last straw. They are constantly overcharging me on FLAT RATE items... How does that happen??? Today the employee (Sonia) was very rude in our transaction. I had a simple request and question and instead of presenting options, she wanted to end our conversation at the quickest rate possible. The other employee working interjected with a solution that was helpful but only after me going up to the counter a second time.. Needless to say I'm extremely frustrated! read more

Excellent location - clean, the lines move and best of all there's NO issues with the Automated Postal Center (APCs). This is a delicacy among USPS locations as most of the APCs are offline, out of labels or there's no boxes stocked near them at night (which means you have to wait until the next day so you can go inside the actual post office and get some). for two days, my neighbor and i have been trying to mail our letters off. for two days we have not seen a postman,or women anywhere.. I have tried to call on several occasion to see if I could apply and maybe get My mail picked up and nothing but the busy signal for hours now.. I guess I will take them to HEB and mail them there and see how long it takes to get there.. I am very dissappointed and upset... I am 70 and my neighbor is about 85 and we can not get our bills sent out or picked up. read more
