This USPS is pretty busy. I went on a Saturday morning right before they closed, and there were about 8 people in line before me and more trickled in shortly after I got in line. The facility is clean, and they had tape in the waiting line to secure your boxes. The staff member who helped me was friendly. They had holiday music playing in the background and holiday gift wrapping items too! The parking lot is extremely spacious and free. As a heads up, I would expect to wait in line about 10 minutes! read more

First time coming here and ran into a situation where a customer was upset, the rep handled it very well. Even after the customer left, rep remained professional and assisted the next person. They called me same day literally an hour before my passport appointment to tell me they were cancelling my appointment because they only had one staff for passport. they didn't even bother to re schedule me instead they made me go onto their website and reschedule myself which they don't even have availability until late august and i have a trip in november!! in conclusion they SUCK . Waited all day for a package out for delivery. Saw the mailperson but he only delivered half the block on S. Smith St got back in the truck and thought maybe he is going to deliver to us On Guadalupe St. but nope got online and at 4:54 pm got rescheduled for Next delivery day?????? I have now scheduled my passport appointment twice, going on a third time now. This location calls me the day of and tells me they do not have enough staff. Out of 3 US Post Office locations that I frequently visit, this one is by far my favorite. This USPS office is never full which is super convenient because you can get in and out of it pretty easy. The staff at this location is always super helpful and they go above and beyond to help you with your package/transaction. A few of the folks at this location also speak spanish, which is pretty convenient. I also have a PO Box in this location and it was super easy to sign up and get all my mail forward to my new address. In comparison to other locations, this USPS always has plenty of boxes, envelopes and anything you need. I highly recommend this location to everyone! read more

Don't schedule for your passports here. If they cancel, they provide you 0 notice. Came in for a scheduled appointment and they had a notice printed saying they weren't doing any passport applications that day. Asked the front desk guy and all he could tell me was that "multiple people had called out" and would not do anything to help me reschedule or work through the issue in any way, didn't seem to care at all. Already had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment here to be available, and drove an hour round trip for nothing because of their incompetence. read more

Customer service is complete garbage! Both in person and over the phone. My package was scheduled to be delivered January 9th. I paid the said fee and it was "guaranteed" to get there that day. It still has yet to be delivered and I've had the hardest time getting ahold of anyone to help me. I have not been able to go in due to my work schedule, so I called and waited over 2 hours for them to call me back, when they did, the call ended within one or two minutes without any help. Incredibly rude postal workers (no surprise). Visited the location with the intent to renew my passport. I had all the correct documents and basically the necessary items to go through the process. Ran with the unexpected issues from the postal workers at the desk. I had the older gentleman and a lady at the front desk complaining as to why I came to their location, roll their eyes and to glancing at my signature all making accusations that I wasn't a legal American. In addition made accusations that my birth certificate was a fake. They even made a big ruckus checking it and if the ink was authentic enough. It was the worst experience to be barked at in my face merely with the intent to gain a passport. That older Hispanic gentleman is the rudest individual I've encountered. I paid express fees to have an item shipped from Japan for a customer of mine, tracking number EL011097376JP Delivery was attempted on Saturday 5-6-2017 but we were not home. Even though the carrier had the incorrect date on it of 4-6-2017. I still have not received my package. Joshua has told me several times he would check into it but he does not call me. I have to call him. He obviously does not care about customer service.!!!!! This has been extremely frustrating!!!!! There is no accountability for USPS. YOU screw up and it's "oh well". I wish they would add a package drop to this location, but instead they make you go inside and wait in line. The wait isn't usually too bad, but last time I came here there was a line about 6 people deep and only two people and you get a lot of people who could've easily done their postage and label at home but instead they want to do it here so it makes the wait times a lot longer because they don't know how they want to send something or that way's too expensive what's cheaper, etc. Alternatively just having a place where customers can drop and go would be awesome like turning one of the many windows not being used into a parcel drop and they can just get it as they walk other customers packages back. read more

This location is terrible. First they lost track of my package and it was being tossed around between different USPS offices in San Antonio. When I finally tracked my package to the Arsenal location, i called and asked them to keep my package and that I would pick it up that same morning. When I got to the location, they could find it and said that no one had spoken to any customer that morning and that they would not be able to find my package unless i gave them the name of the person who i spoke with. Then finally somehow the package appeared somewhere on the floor. The manager then said "well here it is." When I asked what happened, he rudely said "what does it matter, I'm giving it to you right now!" I then proceeded to express my dissatisfaction with their service by saying that the service there was poor. He then was holding my package away from me out of anger and hostility and asked me to leave. So, if you can, AVOID this location!!! read more
