Most of the time I am just dropping off an Amazon return but sometimes I need some legit shipping help. The employees are always friendly but if there is a line there can be a long wait. Often it seems the store is only staffed with one employee so I try to get there a few minutes before they open so I can get in and out. As far as Amazon returns go, I'd much rather drag myself into this local store than have to haul my return through a Whole Foods or Kohl's. I'm thankful that when I need to send something back I have the competent folks at this store to help me.

I came in for a simple transaction and said hello when I walked in. Instead of being greeted professionally, the employee looked at me with a blank, lifeless expression, as if I didn't exist, and simply told me to wait, even though there was no one else there. She gave me a condescending attitude and made me feel as though I didn't know what I was doing. When it was finally my turn, she seemed more interested in avoiding the transaction than helping me and told me I could just use the kiosk instead. Customer service requires basic respect and professionalism, and unfortunately I experienced neither today.
