Staff is friendly and nice! Went to pick up a parcel I had sent there and the package was in good condition.

The level of service at this store deteriorated rapidly under bumbling and inept new ownership. I've been a loyal customer since they opened decades ago but not anymore! I'm pretty sure a carrier pigeon with a blindfold on would be a more reliable way to send a package! Absolutely awful!!!! I miss the old employees who actually knew how to do their job. Go to Severna Park instead and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. read more

Bottom Line: A good option for shipping packages and dropping off Amazon returns. I pop into The UPS Store in Bay Dale Shopping center about once a month. Most of the time I am just dropping off an Amazon return but sometimes I need some legit shipping help. The employees are always friendly but if there is a line there can be a long wait. Often it seems the store is only staffed with one employee so I try to get there a few minutes before they open so I can get in and out. As far as Amazon returns go, I'd much rather drag myself into this local store than have to haul my return through a Whole Foods or Kohl's. I'm thankful that when I need to send something back I have the competent folks at this store to help me. read more

I Used to love this place. My son tried to drop off Amazon returns. He was told one box wasn't labeled correctly. So I taped and labeled each one carefully and sent him back the next day. He comes back frustrated with both packages in hand. I'm thinking "now what?" The female clerk told him they're not accepting packages. Uh, seriously?? Waste of time! Who wants to drive to UPS during a pandemic? Not cool won't be back like ever. read more

I love this location of the UPS store. A small local business franchise that is a great community asset. The owner and staff are always helpful and friendly, even helping us bring in heavy boxes! The addition of the amazon returns is convenient, but has caused some extraordinary lines of late but that is to be expected given the current world-wide situation and huge amount of online shopping we are all doing. Not their fault, I have seen them processing as quickly as possible and doing the best they can. I for one am grateful to have this convenient small business in my community. read more

This location is great. They work extremely hard to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Always friendly. Always helpful. Seeing people complain that they sometimes charge for taping up a box...it's a business that provides a service. It's reasonable to assume that they will charge for that service. These guys need to learn some efficiencies! I stood in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package (needed a receipt). Instead of splitting their two employees into one line for those who needed help boxing and packaging and another for drop offs, they made a store full of drop off customers wait and wait. read more

I love this UPS store. Dan and his staff are so wonderful! They are ALWAYS friendly and cheerful even when it's crazy in there. They take pretty much any sized USPS package as well which saves me so much tome! read more

I wish I had a better review to provide, but the one time I needed their support, they were unable to provide it. I called to see if the Notary was in, and they said he be back in a few minutes. I waited about a half an hour, then drove there, and he was still out "running errands". The other staff just looked at me blankly. I don't know if he was off on personal business, or official business, but they were not very helpful. So, I found someone else. read more

I have used this store off and on and always a good experience. Recently I had an especially challenging shipping situation - sending some speakers across country to a buyer with high expectations. The people at the store attacked the challenge and figured out how best to build protective boxes and arrange the shipping while I was in and out of town on business. Outstanding friendlyand great customer support. Lots of times it seems like these stores are doing you a favor by accepting your prepaid returns to Amazon. Not here these people are happy to take on a special job. Highly recommended especially if you are looking for something out of the ordinary. read more

Charges a dollar to put tape on your box so don't go in without your debit card to drop of a return. Arnold post office is much friendlier! :( read more

Astoundingly discourteous and inefficient. I went in for a simple service and was ignored while the staff obsessively taped up boxes in the back room and then talked on the phone. After 15 minutes of this I gave up and left. Go only if you have lots of time to burn. read more
