Staff is friendly and nice! Went to pick up a parcel I had sent there and the package was in good condition.

If zero stars were an option, I'd give zero. I've used this location a handful of times over the past 15 years, and somehow every visit has managed to remind me why I don't like coming here. Today, I brought in a box that was already packed and had the shipping label ready. I just needed to close one small section and asked if I could use their tape gun for a few seconds. I was going to do it myself. Apparently, the tape gun is for authorized personnel only. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay a service fee--or buy a $10 roll of packing tape. I understand charging for packing services. What I don't understand is refusing to let a customer use a tape gun for a few seconds to finish their own box, then turning a trivial request into a $10 sale. That's certainly one way to redefine customer service. After 15 years of consistently disappointing experiences, I think I've finally learned my lesson. There are plenty of shipping locations that understand that helping customers is actually part of the job. I'll be using one of them from now on. read more

The level of service at this store deteriorated rapidly under bumbling and inept new ownership. I've been a loyal customer since they opened decades ago but not anymore! I'm pretty sure a carrier pigeon with a blindfold on would be a more reliable way to send a package! Absolutely awful!!!! I miss the old employees who actually knew how to do their job. Go to Severna Park instead and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. read more

Bottom Line: A good option for shipping packages and dropping off Amazon returns. I pop into The UPS Store in Bay Dale Shopping center about once a month. Most of the time I am just dropping off an Amazon return but sometimes I need some legit shipping help. The employees are always friendly but if there is a line there can be a long wait. Often it seems the store is only staffed with one employee so I try to get there a few minutes before they open so I can get in and out. As far as Amazon returns go, I'd much rather drag myself into this local store than have to haul my return through a Whole Foods or Kohl's. I'm thankful that when I need to send something back I have the competent folks at this store to help me. read more

I Used to love this place. My son tried to drop off Amazon returns. He was told one box wasn't labeled correctly. So I taped and labeled each one carefully and sent him back the next day. He comes back frustrated with both packages in hand. I'm thinking "now what?" The female clerk told him they're not accepting packages. Uh, seriously?? Waste of time! Who wants to drive to UPS during a pandemic? Not cool won't be back like ever. read more

I love this location of the UPS store. A small local business franchise that is a great community asset. The owner and staff are always helpful and friendly, even helping us bring in heavy boxes! The addition of the amazon returns is convenient, but has caused some extraordinary lines of late but that is to be expected given the current world-wide situation and huge amount of online shopping we are all doing. Not their fault, I have seen them processing as quickly as possible and doing the best they can. I for one am grateful to have this convenient small business in my community. read more

This location is great. They work extremely hard to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Always friendly. Always helpful. Seeing people complain that they sometimes charge for taping up a box...it's a business that provides a service. It's reasonable to assume that they will charge for that service. Highly recommended! read more

These guys need to learn some efficiencies! I stood in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package (needed a receipt). Instead of splitting their two employees into one line for those who needed help boxing and packaging and another for drop offs, they made a store full of drop off customers wait and wait. read more

I love this UPS store. Dan and his staff are so wonderful! They are ALWAYS friendly and cheerful even when it's crazy in there. They take pretty much any sized USPS package as well which saves me so much tome! read more

Convenient, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. What more could you want? Highly recommend.

This UPS store offers great customer service and it feels like I am supporting a local business. This store always has what I need, always has helpful employees, and is clean and organized well. I've had to return tons of Amazon items without boxes during this Covid -19 situation and they've always been overly kind and have great patience as I go through all those darn QR codes. Would definitely recommend this business. read more

These guys are great! This has to be one of the busiest UPS stores I have ever been in and they make it work. You may have to wait a few moments but they are always friendly and ready to help. read more

I wish I had a better review to provide, but the one time I needed their support, they were unable to provide it. I called to see if the Notary was in, and they said he be back in a few minutes. I waited about a half an hour, then drove there, and he was still out "running errands". The other staff just looked at me blankly. I don't know if he was off on personal business, or official business, but they were not very helpful. So, I found someone else. read more

I have used this store off and on and always a good experience. Recently I had an especially challenging shipping situation - sending some speakers across country to a buyer with high expectations. The people at the store attacked the challenge and figured out how best to build protective boxes and arrange the shipping while I was in and out of town on business. Outstanding friendlyand great customer support. Lots of times it seems like these stores are doing you a favor by accepting your prepaid returns to Amazon. Not here these people are happy to take on a special job. Highly recommended especially if you are looking for something out of the ordinary. read more

Charges a dollar to put tape on your box so don't go in without your debit card to drop of a return. Arnold post office is much friendlier! :( read more

Showed up half an hour before they close to mail a very important package but they went ahead and closed early. Maybe I should have come when it was more convenient for them and not me read more

Astoundingly discourteous and inefficient. I went in for a simple service and was ignored while the staff obsessively taped up boxes in the back room and then talked on the phone. After 15 minutes of this I gave up and left. Go only if you have lots of time to burn. read more

I received professional, timely, and quality service from Dan, the Owner of the Arnold location, during my most recent visit to the store. I am completely amazed by the excellent customer service that I received. I would like to commend Dan and his entire staff for a job well done. I highly recommend the UPS store in Arnold, MD. This was one of my best customer service experiences, and I plan to use this store location to meet all of my shipping needs. read more

The people at this UPS store are truly delightful! For the first time ever, I'm actually looking for reasons to ship things just so I can give them more of my business! This is only my second Yelp review, and I've written it simply because these people really deserved acknowledgement of their awesome customer service. read more

As far as my family is concerned this is the "go to" place for sending packages out of state. Owner Dan is "the man" when it comes to customer service. We've never had a package lost or damaged. You get what you pay for - safe, reliable delivery. read more

One of the friendliest and most helpful local businesses. I felt compelled to write a review because most places don't appear to care about their customers, they are merely doing their job. All of the employees at this store go out of their way to provide good service and have a positive attitude. read more
