Recently moved this area and needed to get a piece reframed. The team member who did the intake was professional and knowledgeable. Came to pick it up and was helped quickly and efficiently by another team member. The piece looks great. Not sure if the other two folks who reviewed this location Had bad experiences because of how long ago they were here or just bad luck, but I have no hesitancy in recommending this location for your framing and supply needs.

Today, I brought in a box that was already packed and had the shipping label ready. I just needed to close one small section and asked if I could use their tape gun for a few seconds. I was going to do it myself. Apparently, the tape gun is for authorized personnel only. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay a service fee--or buy a $10 roll of packing tape. I understand charging for packing services. What I don't understand is refusing to let a customer use a tape gun for a few seconds to finish their own box, then turning a trivial request into a $10 sale. That's certainly one way to redefine customer service. After 15 years of consistently disappointing experiences, I think I've finally learned my lesson. There are plenty of shipping locations that understand that helping customers is actually part of the job. I'll be using one of them from now on.

Pricing was very fair, especially considering the turnaround time. On the other hand, the location in the Burlington Coat Factory was a bit awkward, but he was helpful over the phone. His shop is along the left side wall of the department store as you enter on the fifth floor of the mall. Burlington also had some issues processing my bill since they have an odd system for payment, but that's not the fault of the tailor. Parking was a bit difficult as well and it takes a while to get in and out of the mall each time you go there for a fitting or pick-up. Despite the awkward logistics, I would recommend the service to anyone in need of quality, custom work - especially if you are on a tight deadline.

I didn't think I was going to be a fan of this place. A store... that just sells... Containers?!…read more Really, though, it should be called the "Organization" store, because that's what it really offers. And "organization" is far more valuable than "storage" any day. I went in with someone else who had this as their destination that day. I wound up buying something while they didn't! I had kind of forgotten that I needed an accordion folder for storing some documents I'd recently come into contact with. So, I picked one up! The sales associate working the floor was super helpful and very approachable. The prices are decent, near as I can tell. They don't appear to be gouging on the important stuff, like shelves and containers. I love that it's located in Annapolis Mall, as well. It's convenient to be somewhere that has a lot of shopping options, plus multiple options for a meal! Overall, this was a great find, and I'm glad I got over myself long enough to recognize the value of an organizational shop.

The…read moreowner just called me and called me a liar and told me we don't deal with liars before telling me they will be refunding all my money, then hung up on me. I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday. Here is what happened: We bought a couch on 9/1 labor day weekend. We liked the couch but not the color of the couch. They told us it came in a different color so we asked to see it. They showed us the catalog. We checked that paperwork multiple times and asked about the color being different. They were trying to get out of there and I guess during their haste they made a mistake with the financing instead of 18 months which they agreed upon they put 12 months. They messed up the financing and so we walked out without that paperwork today. I had to go back a week later to sign the paperwork over again. They told me that they would have it all ready but I spent a good 30 minutes or more in the store waiting for the paperwork that day. At this point no one had given me a delivery window yet, so I inquired about it again because usually furniture stores give you a round about window. They just said someone would call me when it comes in. I had to call the store multiple times to try and get someone on the line to find out about delivery. Fast forward to the week of 10/15 or 10/16 someone calls me (this is after I called them that Monday inquiring about it again) and asks about a good day to deliver. I decide on a delivery date of 10/19. So I pay the people who are bringing the furniture to take away the old furniture. They disassembled it and took it out before bringing the new furniture up. When they start to bring the new furniture up I immediately notice it is the color of the one at the store and not a darker color like we wanted and were told multiple times we are getting. So now we are left with nothing. When the store opens at 10:15 I call the number back that called me to do the delivery. She asked why I didn't just keep the furniture they had until the new one came in and I said I didn't even know that was an option. So then she says someone is going to call me back but sounded like she wasn't sure when. So my partner stopped at the store on the way home and spent over an hour there again trying to figure out the situation. Apparently that couch doesn't come in a darker color, not sure what we saw in that catalog that day and thought we were getting but I am being sent a picture of something similar in a different color from my partner. She was apparently smiling and really friendly, which is part of being a decent human. So since she was a decent human being and accepted that we are in this they used this against me when I tried to call talking about how I was dissatisfied I was with this whole situation and how I was upset that they couldn't even bring us a loaner couch today. So he called the store and talked to the employees who I guess said she was completely happy when she walked out of there. Just because someone is smiling doesn't equate to happy. So he called me back accusing me of being a liar, and then asked if I was calling his employee a liar, then stated we don't do business with liars I am canceling your order and giving you all your money back. Don't do it. Don't go through this furniture place the owner is a nut job who obviously shouldn't be in sales. I would never treat people this way, but who knows maybe it's because I am a woman with another woman so maybe he just targeted us for this.
