Is it possible to to get the mail truck that delivers to Mansion Farms in for service repair? It's leaking oil for some time now and needs to be addressed! Even all my neighbors are complaining. I should have known better after reading reviews I Ordered/Paid for a PO Box online, went in about an hour later and the nice lady said it's too soon, give it time. i asked her if I could request a lower box because I'm not tall. so she wrote a note to the P.O. Box assigner. Two days later (today) a different nice lady didn't understand what I was asking for when I went to counter and remarked idk why she didn't give them to you when you first came in. she sorted me out gave me keys and said make sure they work. I go look for my box number and it's the MF'in top box. The keys worked. I guess I'll be asking for a step stool when I go in. The people are very pleasant. The rest was totally annoying. read more

They could not steal packages! I received tracking updates that the package had arrived at the USPS facility, and I received an alert that the package was out for delivery...and then no package and USPS can't locate it. Hmm. I did speak to nice employees who were kind and understanding but the matter of the lost package is frustrating. I'm sure it was stolen.. read more

What a joke the post office is. The Quigley Blvd post office self serve machine has been broken for at least 2 weeks. So we come here to get postage because this machine works but the drop box is locked so you can't put your package in it. And forget about scheduling a pick up because they never come, and when you call no one answers. I should have gone to UPS. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Local post office for me. The long lines of people waiting and less staff is a negative at times, they have 3 windows. Their system needs to be organized. One at the back for 19702 pickups and rest is at the front for 19701 pickup. read more

This post office is one I very specifically avoid. Always long lines and rude tellers. In addition, they will NOT accept prepaid packages that do not have THEIR zip code on them. Have had to go to a different post office many times because of this, and it's absurd. read more

You expect most government offices to be a certain level of deplorable in their customer service, helpfulness, basic human courtesy... But this one is a particularly horrible. Every single employee I've come in contact with has had the worst attitude describable. I've lived in 3 homes that have been "serviced" by this post office- assumedly with different carriers; every last one of them have consistently misdelivered packages and letters. I've filed complaints and well... that's about as far as it ever got. Not to mention situations where they'd leave a "we missed you" notice in my mailbox- while I was home with my car in the driveway. Lovely service folks, thanks! read more

I am shocked by the rudeness and the lack of professionalism at this post office. They have a package of mine sitting there in their office for three days!! I called and asked them if I could just come and get it because it requires a signature and I now have to make sure I am home every day until it arrives. They said no! What?? Why??? Pre-paid shipment item dropped off and after 7 days still has not been scanned in that it was received. Called to check on it because this is a medical test and was informed by the office that they don't scan packages in. They are not scanned until they reach the "plant". read more

I read the reviews but my review is really based on a specific employee who went well above and beyond to help me in a very big way! Linda is the one who assisted me in resolving my matter, and without the whole backstory, she is truly a remarkable person with a heart of gold! I was shocked at her perseverance to actually help me locate my package, she has come up with a solution to help me and got the package to me because the vendor messed up my address! My package that was supposed to be in NJ ended up in Bear DE!!! This package contained Halloween crafts that were for children in my daughters school. If this year isn't miserable enough, now the kids would have 0 arts and crafts to do on Halloween at school. Well because of Linda, the kids had a wonderful day and I am to this day impressed by her and also shocked that people like that still exist!!!! Mailed package to relative in DE. Mail carrier stuffed package into box and could not be retrieved from the front. Should have had sense enough to know package was stuck! I called PO numerous times...NO ANSWER!! THE POSTAL SYSTEM HAS REALLY GONE DOWN THE TUBES...SO SAD!!!!! read more

I watch the mail truck drive by my house , and drop off a package 2 doors down from me.I walked over to mailboxes , they were just starting to put mail in box.I found a second slip for a Certified Envelope, They didn't stop by my door at all.I never received the first one. read more

They don't always deliver my packages. And the neighbors that get them don't give them to you. The customer service number at the post office is always at least a hour hold time. Then once you talk to them and open a case it doesn't get resolved because they don't know either. The person that should be receiving the package should be given a refund by the post office since the employees are the ones who is losing packages/mail or giving them to the wrong people. read more

There are some nice and polite employees here. The USPS in general is terrible and unreliable. I'm using UPS now to ship packages. If you want it to be delivered, DO USE UPS. They should be banned from FaceBook for telling lies. 3 day Priority serve, it been a month, packages still not delivered. As you get from USPS is poor service and excuses. read more

So once again I'm getting an email on a package that was to be delivered stating "could not be delivered because business was closed." We've been open since 8am with patients coming and going all morning long. This happens more times than I can count. I send out on average 2 certified letters a week and 95% of them come back as "unclaimed". Seriously...that many cant be delivered and these people don't go and pick it up?? And don't get me started on the ridiculously long line EVERY time you walk in, no matter the time of day! read more

I would give -5 star if possible. They continue to mis-deliver mail & packages. No need to contact them as they won't help nor answer their phones. Apparently they can't even read the numbers on the mail to put it in the correct place, let alone the street address. read more

The grounds outside the post office are deplorably and embarrassingly neglected. Can't someone cut the grass/weeds? They're awful.

I have to agree. Worst post office ever. 14 years after buying my home and countless emails and conversations and I still get mail for the previous owners. My house insurance was cancelled a few years back because the bills were returned to the insurance agency saying I don't live here. Packages aren't picked up. Boxes that are too large are stuffed into my small cluster of mailboxes so I have to try to remove items from the box to extract it through the front. People in the office are rude. The line is always long and frustrating with one or two people working at the pace of a snail. Ridiculous. read more

Have to agree with Ron. Mail Carriers are obviously lazy because they always leave a slip rather than walk the package to the door. And from previous complaints the PostMaster is no better because nothing is ever done about customers dissatisfaction. I won't have any pity when the USPS is done away with!! read more

Have to write another terrible review for this post office concerning their mail carriers - who are terrible - and their service - which is terrible. Again within two weeks, I will be filing another complaint due to business packages NOT being picked up. Pick-ups are scheduled the day before the packages are to be picked up and again they sat out front all day and were NOT picked up! What is wrong with this post office? They are the worst except for the Newark, DE post office which is not only bad but nasty and disrespectful. Actual rating is negative 200 stars. Terrible. I too have a problem with the Bear post office. Never answer the phone, loooong lines, mail misdelivered to wrong PO box. BUT, this place services two zip codes and they both are growing. Don't have problems with employees, in fact, they have been helpful in several situations. WHY IS THIS LOCATION NOT EXPANDING? HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! MAKE THE OFFICE BIGGER.
