This flight was amazing!! Everyone was happy and in a good mood. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They give you complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, which was a nice touch. Alcoholic beverages are available for an extra charge. They also provide free snacks and give you three different options to choose from. My kids and I truly enjoyed our travel experience today!! Thank you for the beautiful memories!!!

Great airline from way back when I fist started flying and left for the middle years. Now it seems I'm coming back - maybe since it was my first - it's serendipity? Great routes and schedules and fares and thy go everywhere!!!!

Plane ready to head to AUSTIN TEXAS!

Really have a hate love of connecting through ORD. Sometimes it is easy other times really annoying. Was a 20 min walk connecting. Did it in 15 min. Love the sanitizing wipes. This flight they were stingy and only give you one. Previous flight had the tray available and grab as many as you like.

The flight was on time. We however sat on the tarmac for an extra 20 minutes. That wasn't bad actually because we've had much longer waits than today. The flight was not full so there was room to spread out.

We've flown with United for the last 15+ years, and simply put, we're done with them... Over the last 3+ years, United has become as reliable as screen door on a submarine... Maintenance issues, frequent delays, cancellations, baggage issues, unhelpful customer service, the list goes on. Even their frequent flier program which has been award winning in years past and easy to use has become a spectacle in and of itself (United has really limited award options and miles needed to book has nearly doubled). Aside from all that, the straw that broke the camel's back is our travel today. Yet again, we're in Chicago O'Hare which is the equivalent of the Cleveland Browns of airports (btw, I'm a lifelong CLE fan) and we're delayed with a maintenance issues... United has deplaned us, swapped planes, the new plane is apparently broken now, and there's zero information or updates. The United app is not updated with correct or real-time information and flight agents have no details as well... This is beyond unacceptable and by no way justifiable. We travel a lot and we understand this kind of stuff is part of air travel, but the lack of transparency and useful information is ridiculous. We never have these types of repeated issues with Delta, which tells me this is not a commonality amongst airlines... Rather it's just the same usual United dysfunction that habitually occurs. I really hope *someone in a strategic-level leadership position at United sees this review because a drastic undertaking is clearly needed with the company.

Biz Class. I'm ready for my hot fudge sundae before I turn my seat into a bed. Next stop, sun and sailing in Kauai.

Overall, my experience flying United (Polaris) was a good one. I had a 15 hr flight to Sydney, AU that I was really dreading, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. The bedding was nice and provided by Saks. My seat laid completely flat and was pretty comfortable. The food exceeded my expectations. I mean smoked duck and sea bass with a caper sauce? It wasn't Michelin Star worthy, but it was good quality for airline food. And the service was wonderful. One of the negatives though, and it's kind of a big one, was that WiFi wasn't working so I had to go 15 hrs having no contact with my kids. The 2nd was that the Polaris lounge in Chicago was closed so I had to use the United club instead. Not nearly as nice as Polaris. I'd of course use United again. It's typically the only airline I use. But next time I hope they have WiFi

Smooth process E2E and since they updated the gate seating areas it's been a lot nicer waiting for your onboarding. UA employees are professional and friendly. No issues or hassles. Airline of choice 100%!

We flew from Chicago to Barcelona on 3/13 and were scheduled to return on 3/20. We couldn't return on 3/20 bc every. Single. Connecting flight that UNITED booked for us was so late we missed the connection in Frankfurt to get home. THEN THEY LOST MY LUGGAGE FOR 20 DAYS. Upon return, we discovered they stole my olives, chocolate and Picasso prints. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will abandon all air miles accrued and NEVER fly this airline again. Be prepared to lose your luggage and have your stuff ransacked and STOLEN.

We have not flown United airlines in years and if we never fly United airlines for the rest of our lives that would be perfectly fine. We were targeted to leave Austin, TX at 10 am in route to Montreal Canada. Our passports were uploaded online on our personal computer and our boarding passes finalized and were ready to go. We arrived about 8 am at the Austin Bergstrom airport and cleared security with no issues. United airlines staff did not contact us regarding any issues during that 2 hour period. As we attempted to board the plane, we were notified of an error. The gate agent could not solve the issue and called a manager. It turned out to be a United Airlines system issue. We were within 2 minutes of the plane doors closing before we were given the ok to board. This was super nerve racking. The gate agent told us to check in immediately in Chicago at our connecting gate. It was about a 20 minute walk from our arriving to departing flight. When we arrived at the gate our plane was boarding. I went up to Marissa, gate agent and explained our situation. In a very derogatory manner you told us we need to wait to everyone had boarded the plane before you could hear our concern. She was extremely dismissive. We asked for a supervisor and she said there was no supervisor available, which was not true. We saw another agent in the distant who came over. As it turns out, she was a manager. She listened to our situation and printed new boarding passes and prioritized our entry onto the plane. This has been the WORST flying experience of our lives and I've flown to over 90+ countries. United airlines is in a unique position as they are the only company that have earned a "1" rating from me on Yelp!

4.75 stars I was dreading this flight, I really was. It actually turned out better than I expected. Decent food, had a glass of bubbly on the flight (I never do this), two pillows, comfy throw, able to stretch out. Almost five stars because I still couldn't sleep. They gave us a bag with a sleep mask, but too many people walking around, skinny seat. Not bad, almost perfect. Almost.

Leading up to our trip, we kept receiving email confirmations that everything was on time no issues at all. Then, the moment we arrived at the airport, we were blindsided with an email saying our flight was CANCELLED. No warning. No heads-up. Just canceled. The only options given were to rebook or take a refund. The earliest available rebooking wasn't until Tuesday, which completely ruined our plans, so we were forced to take a refund and book last-minute tickets with United Airlines costing us significantly more money out of pocket. We were told our baggage would be transferred to our return flight, which added to the confusion and stress. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. On our way back from Puerto Rico, we were scheduled again for a 12:29 PM flight. Throughout the day, we kept getting delay notifications one after another until the last update pushed the flight all the way to 2:59 AM. We waited, checked in, and then unbelievably the flight was CANCELLED again. At that point, there was little to no help from staff. We were told to go to the Spirit desk, leaving us scrambling around the airport, trying to figure out how to retrieve our luggage from baggage claim, rebook flights, and then go back through TSA all over again. It was chaotic, exhausting, and completely disorganized. Once again, no available flights until Monday or Tuesday. Rebooking with Spirit would have meant more delays, more uncertainty, and more money wasted with zero guarantee the flight wouldn't be canceled AGAIN. So we had no choice but to request another refund and book with United Airlines spending even more money just to get home. This entire experience was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable with proper communication and customer support. Spirit Airlines showed zero reliability and zero accountability. Never EVER flying with Spirit again. The "cheap" price is not worth the headache, the risk, or the extra costs you'll end up paying in the end. Huge thanks to United Airlines for actually getting us home safely.

As someone who had just a carry-on bag with me, the application allowed me to check-in early and head straight to TSA rather than having to see a JetBlue agent. I read several JetBlue reviews via yelp prior to this flight to help calm pre-flight jitters because I have never flown with JetBlue. I had to remind myself that I once flew with Spirit Airlines to New Orleans, Louisiana for crying out loud. And most know that Spirit does not have the best reputation. As for my airport experience, surprisingly, TSA was not crowded at all! Other than my carry-on bag being checked due to me having toothpaste check-in went smooth. At the time, I chuckled with personnel because I knew clearly what it was but leave it to hard-headed me for packing it, hehe. As for the flight gate, it took me forever to find it due to lack of signage. As mentioned, I have never flown JetBlue, so the terminal was one I had never visited. What threw me off was the fact that the only terminal 2 signage I saw was for baggage claim. Eeek! I nearly missed boarding, but I kept on moving until I found the JetBlue gate. Now as for my onboard experience, I wanted to charge my phone as I slept on flight because my phone battery was low. I found that there were no power outlets at all which left me with no other option but to preserve my battery as much as I can enroute. I have to point out that it was unpleasant smelling smoke as the plane prepared to lift off from Chicago, Illinois. It was then, I started to take notice of how outdated everything appeared on this plane as my melatonin kicked in. I slept the majority of the flight, so I had little communication with the flight attendants other than the boarding flight hello, a flight attendant asking me if I wanted a snack as I woke up briefly, and the airplane departure goodbye greeting. And as for the airplane interior, the seat comfort was decent! I did have an acceptable amount of leg room, even with my backpack underneath the seat in front of me. I did love the image of the airplane hovering over states on the seatback television which I could not help but notice while awake. In spite of what the plane did not have, it did have access to XM radio stations & Direct TV channels. I survived this flight with JetBlue and would be open to flying with again, as well as recommending to a friend, relative or colleague after this experience. Unfortunately, this flight did not meet those expectations. I paid an additional $140 for seats that were displayed during the booking process as offering a more desirable layout. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we discovered that the actual seating configuration differed from what had been presented online. Paying an extra fee for seats that did not match the advertised arrangement was an unfortunate start to the journey. ##Seat Comfort Left Much to Be Desired## My assigned seat, 6K, lacked the level of comfort I anticipated for a long-haul flight. The cushioning felt inadequate, and the limited lumbar support made it difficult to remain comfortable for extended periods. I relied on extra pillows and blankets throughout much of the flight to ease the discomfort. Considering the premium price paid for seat selection, I expected a noticeably better seating experience. ##Customer Support Was Difficult to Navigate## Obtaining basic flight information turned out to be far more complicated than necessary. My first call was to an American Airlines representative in Detroit, who transferred me to another department, reportedly based in Chicago. There, I was informed they were unable to assist and was given yet another contact number. That conversation ultimately redirected me back to the Detroit office. After several transfers and repeating the same questions multiple times, I finally reached someone who could provide the information I had originally requested. ##Well-Maintained Aircraft, Inconsistent Cabin Experience## The aircraft itself appeared modern, clean, and well maintained, and the flight attendants remained courteous, attentive, and professional despite managing a full cabin. As the journey continued, however, the onboard atmosphere became noticeably less pleasant. Several passengers were disruptive and noisy, while the lavatories gradually became untidy, with wet floors, messy sinks, and cleanliness that declined as the flight progressed. ##Overall Impression## The professionalism of the cabin crew deserves recognition, as they handled a demanding flight with courtesy and efficiency. Nevertheless, the uncomfortable seating, confusing customer service process, and declining cabin cleanliness ultimately had a greater impact on the overall experience. Based on this trip, I would carefully compare other airlines before selecting American Airlines for a similar journey in the future. ##Reliable Journey & Smooth Arrival## The flight departed with only a minor delay and arrived close to schedule. Inflight snack and beverage services were delivered efficiently, and baggage delivery after arrival moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, customer service before departure proved frustrating. I initially contacted a representative in Seattle regarding flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Portland, where I was informed they could not assist and provided another contact number. After several transfers and repeated explanations, I was eventually redirected back to the original department before finally receiving the information I needed.

The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this Southwest Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. **Efficient Planning & Convenient Reservation Experience** The travel experience began on a positive note with a reservation process that was both practical and easy to navigate. Every stage, from selecting flight schedules to reviewing available fare options, was presented in a clear and organized manner. Premium travel features were outlined transparently, allowing informed decisions to be made without unnecessary complexity. Confirmation and itinerary details were delivered promptly, making the entire planning process straightforward and reassuring. **Enhanced Airport Services & Smooth Pre-Flight Experience** Upon arriving at the airport, the benefits of premium travel became immediately apparent.
