Has become much worse since all the changes. Most recent example I finally decided I had to leave a review. I've been unable to book a flight on the southwest website for 2 days. I keep reaching an error code. I tried clearing cookies, using a different browser, paying as a guest, all with no luck. Each of the last 2 nights I've tried to call and have been on hold for over an hour both times. I opted to get a call back yesterday and was on another line when they tried to call 2 hours later. Tonight I'm still waiting. Crazy that my complaint is that I literally can't pay this company money but it is what it is.

The advisory alert that is presented. Not a storm. Not strong gusts of wind.

I flew to Long Beach this weekend. Upon leaving Memphis, there was a notification that bad weather was happening in the Northeastern part of the US. I have not heard of any new weather updates and I am no meteorologist, but most of the time with greater than 3-hr delays, there's some idea of how bad weather is. I had one layover on my flight to Long Beach and one back to Memphis. We left Memphis on time, and every flight after was delayed greater than an hour with no real explanation. But after researching your recent reviews, this is becoming a thing for Southwest. Delaying flights due to "weather conditions" unbeknownst to the public. Blaming the weather without storms or strong gusts of winds noted on weather apps seems a bit made up and almost like this is becoming your excuse to delay flights without compensation. I will do my absolute best not to fly with Southwest again. I had a recent experience back in June where my flight was delayed and we were aware of the storms because the employees knew. No one here in Denver is aware of any weather issues (likely because there are none)...I said all that to say pay the money for Delta!! Southwest will be a last resort for me moving forward. Update: they ended up delaying the flight until they decided to cancel it hours after we'd been waiting. I'm sure they knew it would end up being cancelled. They rebooked us for the following morning (extremely inconvenient) and offered a hotel that was booked by the time the link actually was working. And I am sure they will have no compensation will be offered to those who chose not to use the hotel because of timing. You cancel the flight at 11 PM, offer hotels 21 miles away, and expect us back within 3-4 hrs to RECHECK in?! Make it make sense. I'm so disappointed SW.

Not one of my greatest experiences with SWA.. Flight MDW to MCI and flight attendants Chavez & Angelette were very abrupt in rude with questions I had, providing service or rather not providing service. It took on sixth pass for Angelette to grab my trash vs other passengers. I had to say Excuse me and raise my discarded items she proceeded to get the passenger in front of me, dropping their plastic water bottle; then grabbing my cup and proceeded to give me instructions to put my purse under the seat. So glad I made it home.

Why do we have assigned seats and no free checked baggage now? The whole point of Southwest wasn't so much the prices, it was knowing exactly the alternative format and inviting offers.

Realities and perceptions change. Despite several setbacks during my birthday trip to Chicago, the Spanish-speaking team at Southwest Airlines: Linda, Nataly, and Emily; showed extraordinary dedication. They focused not only on company procedures but on the well-being of the traveler, offering support, empathy, and real solutions at every moment. Thanks to them, everything was resolved in the best possible way. Today, with gratitude and relief, we're heading back to California Thank you, Southwest Airlines Spanish Team. Your commitment and human touch truly made the difference.

I had a pretty bad experience on my southwest airline flights and was given a survey letting them know how bad the service was. At the end, it said we can't help you here but gave a link that said that if you have problems, you can get it resolved here. Well, I clicked on the link and this is what I got. Their service went from the best in the business to the worst.

Flying Southwest out of Chicago was surprisingly painless. The staff were friendly, the boarding process didn't feel like a wrestling match, and the flight was on time. Bigger overhead bin storage was a plus! Seats aren't first-class, but hey, neither is my budget, still, I survived in comfort!

This Southwest Airlines is located in Chicago Midway International Airport. When flying out to Lombard Chicago from Las Vegas, I typically fly Southwest, non-stop, to Chicago Midway. All of my flights are typically on-time or early! This latest flight coming from Las Vegas to Midway on a Sunday, arrived 30 minutes early! The Southwest Airlines terminal is beautiful in Midway! There are so many restaurants and shops available inside the terminal! The Southwest Team at Chicago Midway are amazing too! When I check my bag at their luggage or have any questions to ask at the gate, the team members are super helpful! The boarding process is relatively easy and smooth. They call up different sections to board the plane, unlike other airlines where you choose a seat prior to paying for your ticket. A drink and snacks are offered on Southwest Airlines if the flight is long distance. I'll be flying out from Chicago Midway on Friday back to Las Vegas! I don't use any other airline to fly from Vegas to Chicago! It's a great experience!

It's definitely a big, busy airport lots of hustle and bustle and LOTS of people but overall, I found it pretty easy to navigate. The train station is farrr. One thing I liked was that there were plenty of food options and food courts throughout the airport. That's definitely a plus! Of course, the food was ridiculously overpriced, but hey, that's airport food for you. They could fix those prices if they wanted to but I digress. The bathrooms I used were pretty clean, which is always important. The one thing I did notice was that some of the gate areas seemed really small. Maybe it's just the way they're set up, but with so many people waiting to board, they definitely felt cramped. Overall, though, getting in, getting around, and getting out was pretty easy. For such a large and busy airport, I didn't have any major issues navigating O'Hare.

I honestly shouldn't complain as the walk from gate to gate in each direction wasn't horrendous. 5 minutes one time and 7 minutes the other time. All things considered, not bad. What's of course bad are the concourses are far too narrow/small for all of the people/staff needing to get from A to B. Expect getting checked into a wall hockey style on your way in and out of any restrooms. Lines for any food are usually nuts. Pricing is of course, not of this world and expect a lot of things will be out or take forever. 20 minutes for a basic iced coffee at Caffee Mercato at Noon on a Wednesday? Yepper. I guess it could have been worse. It could have been an International flight which would equaled a commute of miles, insane tight connections that could have only been done via Star Trek transporting or I could have left from a different origin hub which might have bypassed the need for a connection but..... This place is a necessary evil but if possible, avoid.

Title: Flight Attendant Yelled at Me, Customer Service Refused to Help…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience flying Frontier today. My 14-year-old daughter and I had assigned seats (24A and 25A). When we boarded, her assigned seat was occupied by another family. I calmly asked the flight attendant about it, and instead of politely explaining the situation, he raised his voice in front of other passengers, asked if I had paid for the seat assignment, and when I answered honestly that I had not, he told me, "Then you can't say anything. Sit where I tell you." My complaint is not about changing seats. I completely understand that families sometimes need to be seated together. My complaint is about the disrespectful and humiliating way I was treated. When I asked for the flight attendant's name, he refused to provide it. After landing, I went to Frontier Customer Service expecting someone to listen to my complaint. Instead, they refused to help me or direct me to a supervisor. This happened today, July 29, 2026, on Flight F9 67 from Punta Cana (PUJ) to Miami (MIA). No passenger deserves to be treated this way. This experience was humiliating and completely unacceptable. Frontier needs to do a much better job training its employees in basic customer service and respect.

As someone who had just a carry-on bag with me, the application allowed me to check-in early and head straight to TSA rather than having to see a JetBlue agent. I read several JetBlue reviews via yelp prior to this flight to help calm pre-flight jitters because I have never flown with JetBlue. I had to remind myself that I once flew with Spirit Airlines to New Orleans, Louisiana for crying out loud. And most know that Spirit does not have the best reputation. As for my airport experience, surprisingly, TSA was not crowded at all! Other than my carry-on bag being checked due to me having toothpaste check-in went smooth. At the time, I chuckled with personnel because I knew clearly what it was but leave it to hard-headed me for packing it, hehe. As for the flight gate, it took me forever to find it due to lack of signage. As mentioned, I have never flown JetBlue, so the terminal was one I had never visited. What threw me off was the fact that the only terminal 2 signage I saw was for baggage claim. Eeek! I nearly missed boarding, but I kept on moving until I found the JetBlue gate. Now as for my onboard experience, I wanted to charge my phone as I slept on flight because my phone battery was low. I found that there were no power outlets at all which left me with no other option but to preserve my battery as much as I can enroute. I have to point out that it was unpleasant smelling smoke as the plane prepared to lift off from Chicago, Illinois. It was then, I started to take notice of how outdated everything appeared on this plane as my melatonin kicked in. I slept the majority of the flight, so I had little communication with the flight attendants other than the boarding flight hello, a flight attendant asking me if I wanted a snack as I woke up briefly, and the airplane departure goodbye greeting. And as for the airplane interior, the seat comfort was decent! I did have an acceptable amount of leg room, even with my backpack underneath the seat in front of me. I did love the image of the airplane hovering over states on the seatback television which I could not help but notice while awake. In spite of what the plane did not have, it did have access to XM radio stations & Direct TV channels. I survived this flight with JetBlue and would be open to flying with again, as well as recommending to a friend, relative or colleague after this experience.
