We needed a fix on our business door and I called around several places. After getting several responses and a look at it, he gave me quote as to what it would cost if he were to come out. He stated that if he were to come out and couldn't fix the issue at the time, he would not charge, and that seemed fair. He was however, to fix it within the time frame of the hourly rate he provided and my husband was super grateful about it. I would definitely reach out again if I need additional services. Thanks again!

It turned out amazing and honestly better than we expected. Daniel was amazing to work with, very professional, responsive, and made sure that everything went smoothly start to finsih. He outlined our project scope, worked with us on the design and permitting, communicated any changes we needed, and sent tons of photo updates. The deck was also completed even sooner than our estimated timeframe which was the cherry on top. Couldn't recommend Daniel and his team more. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We are even having them come back to work on other parts of the house! 11/10 experience.

Update: I don't know how to respond to the response below, so I am doing it here…read more No, I did not receive an estimate, and I did send my follow-up text to the direct number you provided below. None of this communication ever happened through Yelp. When you left my house, you said you would text me the quote, which I already found a little unusual because I normally receive quotes by email. I was therefore waiting to receive the quote by text through the number you provided below. That was the only number we had been communicating through. After a couple of days, when I still had not received anything, I sent a follow-up text to that same number asking when I could expect the quote. I received no response, and I still have not received an estimate. After remediation, I contacted VDO Remodeling for an estimate for restoration work. Denys from VDO Remodeling came to my house for a completely normal consultation and said he would provide a line-item estimate. The visit itself went fine, but I never received the quote. After a couple of days, I followed up by text to ask when I could expect it, but received no response. A frustrating waste of my time. If you're not interested in taking on a project, just say so. It's basic professional courtesy.

I became a little frustrated so I asked for just a little discount and Sid was the only one willing to give me the price I asked for which is very kind of him due to it being my first time using him for this service! The job was not easy and the door just wouldn't close for the most part, but he kept working hard to figure out the problem and the end result was beautiful-so many compliments and people asking where I got this security door from. Thank you Sid and the hard work your team does!

They finished 300 feet of installation within a day in a super cold/slightly rainy weather and carried a smile until the end. The way they installed the lights also came out great. Sid looked at his finished work carefully at the end and I could tell that he took pride in his work. During the installation, I was concerned that they might break our roof tiles. Without me asking, Sid took some before and after pictures for me to provide reassurance. Abt a week ago, some of our lights stopped working and Sid had Nick come out within a few days to fix the broken cord for us. It wasn't their fault, but they took care of it quickly. We are very happy with their service!

The steps in front of the house needed to be replaced. A number of contractors asked me to take…read morepictures of the steps with my smartphone and text it to them. It would be very difficult to give an accurate estimate that way because there's a lot of dry rot underneath the steps which needed to be inspected in-person. R&B Framing was the only company which showed up to take a look at the steps. Two days later, Jose Cedillo emailed me an estimate and thoroughly answered my questions. His company uses Redwood or cedar wood for Victorian homes, though cedar does cost extra. We were surprised by how fast his crew finished the job. They showed up on April 9th, early in the morning and worked until the evening. They arrived the next day to finish the rest of the steps and the banisters. He also painted the banisters according to the original white creme color. If it's a legacy house, they'll stick to the originality of the Victorian architecture. (Per building code regulations, when a house is considered a legacy house the paint must be the original--or close to the original color--of when the house was first built.)
