Today I walked in and the place smelled like food, the young lady Sandy was pleasant and I specifically said I do not want my eyebrows small just a cleanup and shape. As soon as she began threading I knew she took too much off. Total disappointment she left hairs on the top end and hairs above my eyelids. I told her that it was not what I explained and she stated it looked good, to her but not to me, my expectations were disappointing and there is nothing I can do but them grow out lol. The Charge was $28.00 a Rip off. I remained pleasant and paid without a fuss, I will not be returning I'll make the trip to Eyebrow Plus at the mall instead. 0 Rating

I asked each or both and she…read moresaid both went in got it done she was decently friendly but when I went to pay for two eyebrow thread and one nose wax it came out to 61. The sign said $18 for eyebrow and nothing about nose wax but when I asked she said "oh no that was my misunderstanding I meant nose wax $25" and both and pointed at both nostrils. I would assume getting both nostrils done with a nose wax service. $18 isn't bad for eye brow thread but $25 for nose wax is ridiculous and had I known she meant that much for that service I would have trimmed them myself. Won't be going back probably wouldn't recommend anyone to go either. Cheaper to make an appointment next door. (I asked next door after)

Maisa was very professional. She answered all of our questions and she became comfortable enough to share her humor with us which was great. The end result relieved all of our worries! My mom has eyebrows and we are both so happy with the results. We ended up booking a touch up appointment with them as well. But out of everything, I was mostly impressed with how they treated us despite my moms very patriotic attire. I appreciate you girls. Thank you!

When I arrived, a young lady who was doing nails asked if she could help me. I told her I was there for my eyebrows. Shortly after, she began speaking in Spanish, complaining about customers, saying how rude some are, how some have bad vibes, and how she has to pretend to be nice to certain people. I believe she assumed I didn't understand Spanish, but I understood every word. I stayed quiet the entire time because I didn't want to risk having a bad experience with my eyebrow service if I spoke up. As a customer, I should be able to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and comfortable, not sit there listening to employees bad-mouth other customers. This experience left a very bad impression on me. If this is how staff speak about customers while others are present, I can only imagine what they say when no one is around. Beware! Unless you enjoy listening to employees gossip and complain about their customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in any customer service establishment.

I regret not listening to the previous reviews and giving this business the benefit of the doubt…read more My first eyebrow appointment went fine--the owner was pleasant, and I was happy to find a place so close to home. Unfortunately, my experience after that left a very bad impression. This review is specifically regarding their no-show policy. While a business has every right to run operations as they see fit, I find this policy excessive and counterproductive to customer retention. I accidentally forgot my second appointment--yes, it happens. I was then charged the full amount of the service ($45). What added to the frustration was that I called 45 minutes after my scheduled time asking if I could still come in. I was told they were already booked, whether that was true or not, I can't say. When I asked to reschedule for the following week, it was never made clear that the $45 I had just been charged would not apply to the next appointment. I had to directly ask multiple times whether that payment would be credited, and only then was I told it was a loss due to the fine print of their no-show policy. So to be clear: the first time you miss an appointment, you are charged 100% of the service with no flexibility. They only send email reminders--no text messages or phone reminders. Every other beauty service I use (nails, hair, lashes) sends text reminders, so it's hard to believe that isn't an option. This feels intentional, knowing many people don't constantly check email. What left the worst taste was the lack of understanding or willingness to make an exception for a first-time mistake, especially when I was only 45 minutes late and had been a paying customer. Policies like this don't just penalize clients--they push them away. Unfortunately, this experience ensures I won't be returning.
