The first time I came in for the fill and pedicure I got just a French tip with polka dots and a solid color for my toes, my total was like $90 or something, this time I went in just for a fill, and I only got a French tip and gel coating, I wasn't even in there for an hour, I was charged $69 for A FILL. I'm sorry but I don't even need that much maintenance on my nails since they are natural and pretty simple. Now they didn't do an awful job but both times I noticed the person who did my nails drilled a little too far down near my critical so the color of the nail looks like it's alr grown out since you can see the color of my natural nail.

I arrived there around 9:30am and they were already busy and everyone seemed happy and complimented their nail technicians on how good their massages felt and how happy they were with how their nails looked . I was literally there for 1 1/2 hrs from beginning to end much needed pedicure and foot and leg massage with hot stones, hot wax, and hot towel wrap well worth $45 . Plus I left and ended up scraping off some of my polish either on my brake pedal or gas pedal of one of my toe nails went back and with no hesitation my nail technician repolished it for me no charge . First off everything was unprofessional. They bullied me into choosing the highest level service so I complied since I usually spend about $70 at my home town salon anyway. My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. The person that took care of me was OUTSTANDING! From service to accommodation, attention to detail and communication (because at most places they won't actually conversate with you, but amongst each other). His work was great, he helped me match the color from a Pinterest image I had. He was taking his time working on me even though there was a couple of other customers walking in, he didn't make me feel rushed. My 4 year old daughter had her hands painted with regular polish for $7 by a different person. At check out I was rung out by a different man, he asked "how much tip for two?" Which I didn't like because I'm a believer of tips being earned and not a mandatory from customers.. it just didn't feel right for him to ask directly like that. Mind you, I'm already prepared to tip both of them separately with cash, Besides the check out, I had a good experience and do plan to return! I apologize for forgetting my nail tech's name I want to say it was Henry or Harold, something with an H! But I honestly can't remember I'm so sorry!
