One lady I forgot to get her name walked me through the check in process. I had to fill out some health questionnaire since I didn't do before visit then I had to go in a room and get medical clearance from a nurse through FaceTime or zoom . It was on a iPad . Once I was cleared I was told to wait upstairs. Once in the room I met Melanie & her assistant. Both were very nice and easy to talk. Melanie was very knowledgeable. It doesn't happen in one or two or three sessions because you have to understand how hair growth works. As you start electrologist, those hairs will be permanently nuked but new ones that lay dormant will grow, so it actually took me almost 2 years to remove all face, upper lip, chin neck & chest hair.
