Great work. They had a wide variety of quartz, granite, and marble to choose from. Very easy to work with.

As soon as they install your granite you're given a form to sign saying it was installed to your…read moresatisfaction. No time to really check it out. It wasn't until after they left and I was taking it all in that I found the dime sized chip behind the faucet. That made me look at everything more closely and I found little spots scattered here and there that were dull and not sealed like the rest of the countertop. It's not easy to see with the variation of color and all the swirls but it may affect the countertop in the future. I signed that form stating everything was fine so I will have to live with it. I didn't know I had to ask to have holes drilled to anchor my dishwasher. You would think it was obvious since the screws were sticking out from my new dishwasher waiting to be anchored to my counter when they installed it. Every time I open the door to the dishwasher and pull out a rack the dishwasher tips forward then I have to lift it back in place, very annoying. It just reminds me why I'm not going back there to do my bathroom. I'll have my bathroom guys fix the kitchen issues. Don't forget to ask for your leftover piece of stone. I had about $1000 of granite leftover (3 slabs) They don't automatically give it to you if you don't ask. They sell it at full price. I had enough to make a side table the perfect height for kneading bread and sold the other 2 slabs. I'm glad the kitchen remodel is over. I'm looking forward to working with the staff at Works Granite and Stone. They have 5 stars and ratings say they are thorough and professional, so maybe this time will go more smoothly.

When we went to pick out the granite, we found a great selection and a helpful staff to guide us. They showed up as scheduled for the template and installation appointments. The installers were very respectful and addressed all of my questions. This was the most pleasant part of our bathroom remodel!

He always did well in setting expectations of what's next which was a bit of a challenge during the pandemic which caused constraints on his resources. They gave clear and accurate explanations on what needed to be done and alternative solutions if there were issues. Jenn was super helpful in navigating through the tile selection process. The design team was quite talented with great ideas for tile choices. Their mockups of the shower really helped in the decision making process. His team arrived when they said they would and sometimes would even arrive early. Their work was of great quality and they were very professional and respectful when they were in our home. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

I was trying to work it out long distance; Stonehenge was a perfect choice because I just left everything up to him. It was completely painless and the work was done by my deadline, to a very high standard. He uses a program that lays out a very detailed schedule you can follow online, watching as action items get addressed and all the notes that spell out what the issues are and every day's progress. I've never seen such careful and detailed progress reports; it laid all my concerns to rest, as everything they did was visible with photos and written details. His design work was much appreciated, as I did not have time or interest in spending time on that. The results were stunning! He and his crew bring superior craftsmanship and attention to detail to all their tilework. He also offered to re-do some poorly done woodwork that he noticed (I was unaware of it, but he sent me pics and I was grateful he brought it to my attention). The estimate portion was very transparent and was almost exactly what it ended up being at the end; that's never happened in my experience! His crew laid down cardboard, plastic, and doorjamb protection so that the new carpet and paint job were left in brand new condition. My ring doorbell indicated that they came on time or early every day, and worked full days to get it all done on schedule. That's also unusual in my experience. I was actually able to enjoy and be excited about the bathroom and shower remodels because Bryan and his crew were so reliable, easy to communicate with, and honest and upfront with all pricing and schedule details. Any concern I had I put in texts, and he always responded within 24 hours, usually much quicker. That did so much to relieve any anxiety I had about whether the work would get done on time. Ultimately I feel like I got much more for the money than I could have gotten with any other company, and was thrilled with the results. I wouldn't trust any other contractor with a long distance reno. Highly recommend Stonehenge for any tile related work, as well as whatever other work they'd be willing to do at my home.

His team does a fair amount of incidental damage too. Damaged finish on floors. Left us to re-install electrical fixtures and other things removed from walls. Leaves clean up from every step to the home owner, lots of blue tape and cardboard to remove. Also locked me out of my house. Super expensive. But I guess it kinda looks ok when he's done. UPDATE: he designed and installed this shower door with a light switch half inside/half outside of the shower. Clearly against code, dangerous, and looks idiotic. Only solution is to put the switch in the other room (awkward) or have to hard-wire it always on and use a smart-bulb to control the shower light (very awkward.) He also didn't seal the new blank cover, leaving it still open to water hitting the live wires (dangerous.) Looks like I will have to finish this part of the job myself. Hoping he comes back to re-do the tile, but at this point not trusting him to get anything done right.
